I'm not sure if this is the same suit, but Larry Klayman of

Judicial Watch is also filing suit, you can read about it here:

Great interview

First, gagging is not in the Constitution so I'm somewhat surprised that Rand Paul knew about this a year ago and did not speak up other than to say "a gazillion." Based on logic that may mean his neck is at risk.

Second, when government gives a company "immunity" it is generally so that the company can take evil actions. So we should monitor very carefully what an "immune" company does. And, we may want to reconsider whether immunity is in our best interests. (Thinking Monsanto thoughts.)

About the collecting, he responds "you have to obey the Bill of Rights." I would instead respond that the government is creating what they call an "attractive nuisance" -- if you have a pool, and a neighborhood kid breaks into your property and then drowns, you are at fault because your "nuisance" "attracted" the neighborhood kid.

This law about your property being a "siren" (from the Greek) is also unconstitutional, but the point is -- now there exists a database of every communication. This database, if hacked, can give significant value to the hacker.

So now the incentive to hack it just skyrocketed, now that its existence is definitely known. It would be interesting to create a betting pool to guess when the database will be hacked. But gambling is "against the law but not the Constitution" so I won't -- but my guess is one month.

Really liked how he turned the question "how do you look at this guy, as a hero or a villain?" to "we should be asking the question about, is the Director of Intelligence a hero or a villain, for lying to Congress for hiding a massive program that is looking at every American's cell phone data, every day." Excellent!

He also gave a pointer to http://randpac.com, to join the lawsuit. I think I will, I know that my communication since 9/11 has been stifled to avoid the filters. (Which may have flagged me, as reluctant to communicate -- can't win for losing, like thermodynamics.)

I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

The mere discussion has exposed a lot of lying.

Imagine what would come out during Discovery during a Court Case!

...

If there is a successful lawsuit against the government, the payment should come out of the government employees property, and not directly out of the taxes of the victims.

Cavuto is one of the better ones, but...

...by no means against the status quo of tyranny.

Rand tried to steer him by saying essentially, "The focus shouldn't be on a whistleblower, but the question should be is the NSA Chief Clapper a hero or villain?" He gave Neil an opening, but Neil quickly changed the subject.

All or virtually all MSM interviews deal with something other than THE issue, which is "what the hell are we gonna do about the criminal government??!!" They spend their time instead DEFENDING the criminality.

"It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a rEVOLution before tomorrow morning." - Henry Ford

Saw it. It was good. The

Saw it. It was good.

The chilling effect on my freedom of speech over the past ten years has been very damaging to me. My 4th amendment rights have been violated. I avoid saying all those keywords to avoid being flagged as a terrorist. I avoid using my cell phone or taking it with me when I travel. These are material damages the federal government has done to me.

I hope to collect damages in the law suit.
