Open inquiry to the Military!Submitted by The Pen on Wed, 06/12/2013 - 18:24
This is my view alone. I make absolutely no claims to represent any other living being by the words that follow and I absolutely forbid any delegation of liability or association of any other living being by them either. This thread is intended to state my belief as to the truth of our military industrial mediaplex today.
It is established and has been so for many decades that our government and military forces are complicit and aggressively so in the banding together of men who are by their very position of affiant in swearing to uphold/protect the Constitution of this nation being induced by the offenses of fraud and unconscionable contracts of and for service. The men and women of this nation who are volunteering for service, whether by initiation or reason of recruitment, family tradition, employment, retirement or other self-interest are ultimately complicit, even though bound to obeying lawful orders (the subtle distinction between officer oath and enlisted oath is that officers are bound to disobey any order that violates our Constitution, while enlisted personnel are bound to obey only lawful orders) to unconstitutional actions by their very adherence to orders of deployment that propagate and perpetuate the progression of such unconstitutional actions ordered of them.
The real power to avert the current military system of this nation can only come by the men and women who are enlisted, whether as delayed enlistee’s, active duty enlistee’s/officers and of those who are considering enlistment.
Oath of Enlistment: Armed forces EXCEPT National Guard (Army or Air)
I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.
Oath of Enlistment: In the National Guard (Army or Air)
I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the State of (STATE NAME) against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the Governor of (STATE NAME) and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to law and regulations. So help me God.
Hear me out: Firstly and foremost the active duty men and women of the armed services/forces are sworn to uphold their oaths of service in protecting the Constitution. I am not referring to those men and women in the Delayed Enlistment Program, which any violation of oath can be summarized as:
Army Regulation (USAREC Reg 601-95) states: "At no time will any [recruiter] tell a Delayed Enlistment Program enlistee he or she must `go in the Army or he or she will go to jail,' or that `failure to enlist will result in a black mark on his or her credit record,' or any other statement indicating adverse action will occur if the applicant fails to enlist."
However, if these servicemen/servicewomen are acting as directed from the President of the United States in obeying orders as required by their oath of enlistment, then what is the purpose of having them state that they will uphold and protect the Constitution? If in obeying unconstitutional orders they are complicit in unconstitutional perpetuation, why are they sworn in to protect and uphold something they are forced by order to violate? AND, if recruiters are knowingly inducing and persuading men and women to enlist and take up such an oath to uphold and protect something they may not be able to protect by presidential order, are they themselves not complicit to unconstitutional prerogatives? If we have enlistee’s taking oaths that prevent them from upholding what they are swearing to uphold, if we have officer’s remaining complicit to unconstitutional orders despite their oaths demanding the contrary of their service and if we have a president who is giving orders that directly overreach and defy the very principles he has sworn oath to uphold, then what does that say about the state of our military today?
Do not join! Deny the machine its transfusion and let it disease until it has no capabilities of committing and inciting what we hold to be sacred.
Peace and Love always.
