Here's another battle you might want to pay attention to.

Thursday, June 13th, 2013
BELLEVUE, WA – The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms today is encouraging gun owners to support an effort by Congressman Mike Kelly (R-PA) to restrict funding related to the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty in the National Defense Authorization Bill (HR 1960).

“Gun prohibitionists know the treaty hasn’t even been signed yet by the United States,” noted CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb. “They also know it has slim chance of being ratified by the Senate, but here they are, already trying to grab taxpayer dollars to essentially enforce conditions of a treaty we’re not going to adopt.”

I like this link better

It's got a GOA banner on it, plus a delightful picture and caption at the top.

I just opened my GOA email about this & I knew somebody would beat me here.

Excellent news!!

I tried to call his office today but couldn't get through - busy!!

Sandoval would be a good VP choice for Rand.

News Anchor looks
Constitutionally literate
2 term Governor of a Swing State

Would be the only Western Governor to serve as VP, which everyone ignores in Veepstakes (Gore should have chosen Gov. Ann Richardson in 2000, Kerry should have chosen New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, Obama should have swapped Biden for Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer in 2012).

I am wondering though, when we will have a serious discussion on a ban on pressure cookers and ball bearing or at least tougher background checks...
