According to this report, Yahho challenged FISA but lost so they complied with the release of data demand and the accompanying gag order. All of this happened in secret. Why are private organizations so willing to surrender their private property to the state? It took a 29 year old libertarian geek to do what Yahoo should have done in 2008.
