Jindal is NOT a natural born citizen...

Some of those names made my skin start crawling. Time to grow up, America, and do research on candidates PRIOR to voting for them...

Go, Rand!

wiki has him born in Baton Rouge, LA

Mandatory fluoride in water.

Jindal's parents

were in the United States on green cards from India. They were not US citizens at the time of his birth.

US citizen, born in the US, even those born to alien parents;

The Constitution does not define the phrase natural-born citizen, and various opinions have been offered over time regarding its precise meaning.

A 2011 Congressional Research Service report stated

The weight of legal and historical authority indicates that the term "natural born" citizen would mean a person who is entitled to U.S. citizenship "by birth" or "at birth", either by being born "in" the United States and under its jurisdiction, even those born to alien parents; ...

That's why Jindal has been salivating for the job.

It doesn't

matter, just like with Obama, where Jindal was born...Jindal's parents (plural) were not citizens at his birth. Obama's alleged father was never a citizen (I say alleged because two other men were named as possibly being his father.). If Obama, Sr. is Obama's father, then Obama is NOT a natural born citizen, no matter where he was born...

The problem is

the people with all of the lawyers , guns and money, disagree with your interpretation of the 14th amendment.

The 14th Amendment

makes one a US citizen when born on US soil. Unless their parents were citizens, they aren't natural born citizens under Article II, Section 1, Clause 5.

What about the ridiculous Ted

What about the ridiculous Ted Cruz hype? I've had to laugh--since obviously invalid options take up space.

Same here. Seeing Rahm Emanuel on that list gave me a shiver. Plenty of others listed are creepy as well, but I've had a sick feeling we hadn't seen the last of ol' Rahm.

Chris Christie is a

Chris Christie is a republican?

just kidding...not really.
