Good Question. I guess it depends if the person that cast it was registered republican or dem. But they would not know that from looking at the ballot. What a mess!

I guess they finished changing all the ballots already during their secret 3am visits. BTW, I thought they weren't going to do a republican recount until the democratic recount was complete? I guess they only said that to give them extra time so they could change the ballots before recounting them, huh?
The Dem recount was only until Kucinich decided to stop or his money ran out. He didn't pay for a full recount, which means we'll never know how the Dem ballots match up, but at least we can get the Rep one under way now.
