Feeling bad is good

Most people do everything they can to fight sadness and misery from overtaking their daily routines. But a new study says that misery may be vital to our mental well-being. Is it time to rethink our efforts to curb negativity from our lives?

Feeling Alert is better

I say, feeeling "sad", "bad" or "mad" (as in Alex Jones mode) has direct impact on immune system, filling bloodstream with lymphocytes.

Keeping body in a perpetual inflamed state - whether mentally or physically by ingesting toxic poisons all the time - is a banker man's dream come true. It allows him to perpetuate state of psychological slavery on the masses, keeping slaves dependent on his phony healthcare system.

Be ALERT and AWAKE, not feel "bad".

Immoral funding of Military Industrial Complex by Federal Reserve and US taxation system must stop!!!! End illegal/unconstitutional wars! Preserve US currency!
