In 2008 & 2012 you whined about the blackout...

Now that Rand Paul is constantly interviewed on all the cable news networks and talk radio shows, there are still some of you who can't stop whining.

News flash: 90% of the media that is not Democrat-controlled is Neocon-controlled.

If you want Rand Paul to skip non-Liberty media, or boycott talk show hosts who aren't card-carrying Libertarians, he's going to be blacked out just as thoroughly as Ron Paul was.

I don't give a RAT'S BUTT what any given HOST believes. I care that the message of Liberty is reaching vastly more people every day.

If you care about getting Rand Paul re-elected to his Senate seat and/or elected president, PLEASE stop bashing people like Laura Ingraham, Hannity, etc. When you bash them, you bash their audiences. We need their listeners to wake up ASAP, and insulting and demeaning them for listening to talk radio is not how you do it.

Another "Fake" republican kissing up to Rand

He is a hot item now and makes a good story for her..

But, through in through she is a NEO-CON artist like the rest of them.

I think the Huckster is the worst of them - Lying in the weeds waiting to be asked by his puppet masters to run against Rand..He's just another phoney full of baloney preacher from little rock...Ar - Kansas

I can't listen to Laura Ingraham

SHe's just a wind-up doll that parrots the talking point programmed into her.

And she is condescending to Rand.

A Neocon calling out other Neocons?

Laura Ingraham (like most other A.M radio propagandist whores) have definitely changed their tune since the 2007-2008 election cycle...you know...stealing Ron Paul's talking points and passing them off as their own? Laura Ingraham has NEVER, EVER met a war she didn't fully support until just recently because they're now "Obama's Wars"

They all make me sick with their demagoguery...

Here is a fine video of Laura Ingraham DESPERATELY trying to justify the Iraq/Afghan wars in 2007-2008- and like always Ron Paul just hands her her ass...enjoy

Neocons KNOW war is the answer.

THEY profit from it.

The thing is is...

I'm a fan of Rand, don't get me wrong. But the thing is is that I can't stand when he doubles up the word "is". I think it is is a bit annoying and that it is is not making a good impression. I think this little grammatical error is is likely to be viewed as speech that is is not the kind speech of a man who is is educated, let a man who is is qualified to be president. Let's hope he works on this, because I think this really is is a good chance for him to rise...assuming his grammar is is better.

"the bottom line is is" (5:50 of interview)
"the other thing you'll find is is" (13:48 of interview)

geez, talk about nit-picking

Im not happy with every aspect of Rand Paul, but if you cant tell that this man is not only educated, but quite brilliant, then you must be asleep at the wheel.
I wonder how the average person might sound when thrust in front of a camera and made to form a lucid interview? If there is anything to complain about, its not his delivery.

I'd rather have a bottle in front o' me than a frontal lobotomy

I don't really care about that stuff...

Rand [and many others] use this phrase with annoying regularity:

"I would say..."

Uffda! Dude, reality is now! Drop the hypothetical and just say it! ;)

What I would say is is...

What I would say is is together we've come up with a perfect Randism!!!

I don't know that I've ever heard Rand says this one, but you reminded me of another little peeve of mine:

"it goes without saying that..."

Talk about a contradiction!

That's too funny!

or "What I would say is the thing is is."* :D

Is is it.

It goes without saying is.

or is it

Is goes without saying it. [this is believable, because...]

The thing is is

is a shortened form of

The thing of it is is...

P.S. Note to Bill Clinton: Since you are probably the only man on the planet that might make sense of any of this, we would sincerely like to hear any of your thoughts on this matter. That is is that you may or may not consider "is" a definable term.

*This quote thing is is unlikely. You pegged it, salberty:

What I would say is is...

but I don't and I won't, because the thing is is my reality is not so simple...

What I say is is the thing is is!

a dandy interview

I enjoyed listening to all questions, answers, and insights provided by both Rand and Laura. My general impression from the discourse though, is completely off topic. It's been increasingly apparent for a couple weeks now that Rand clearly needs a vacation. He's been working at an exhausting pace for months, and I hope he musters the humility to brake the pace, step away for a week or two, and recharge his batteries.

Are you shitting me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingram calling out neocons when she has been one of the biggest supporters of neo-conservatism a.k.a. fascism? OMG!

Are Ingram's listeners that fucking stoopid?

I would not piss on Laura if she were on fire.
