The Bill of Rights and the Constitution is Still the Law of the Land! Any Questions?Submitted by realman2020 on Wed, 06/26/2013 - 16:18
The Constitution is the final authority that is above all laws passed by the state legislatures and the Congress. If the law is not in agreement with the Constitution like Obamacare, The NDAA and the Patriot Act and any Gun Control laws passed are null and void if the American people act as the final check on power when they try to over reach. Life would be different.
We never consented to the government attacking our rights. They can use any excuse of a statute, a US code or regulation giving them the perceived authority to violate our rights. The the truth is our Constitution is the law of the land. Any questions?
