Study links fracking with methane-contaminated drinking waterSubmitted by Kelldor on Wed, 06/26/2013 - 22:50
Notable quote in the article:
“The methane, ethane and propane data, and new evidence from hydrocarbon and helium isotopes, all suggest that drilling has affected some homeowners’ water,” Jackson wrote.
The article said at the very end: "Jackson’s peer-reviewed study appeared in this week’s edition of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences."
However I saw no link to this "peer-reviewed study", so I looked it up myself.
A tactic I have seen employed in debates is, "Can you show me a peer-reviewed scientific study that supports your argument?" It's nice to be able to say "Yep. Here ya go!"
