The father of fugitive federal document leaker Edward Snowden says his son would likely surrender — if certain conditions are met.
The former defense contractor for Booz Allen Hamilton would turn himself in if federal prosecutors agree not to impose a gag order or jail him pending trial, according to Lonnie Snowden.
