What America Does Not Know

What Americans don't know can be harmful to our health.

Mark Dice's latest expose of how dangerous it is to be dumb in America today was my inspiration for this post.

"Americans Don’t Know About American Revolution"

Holy Mary, mother of God somebody please help these people! They may as well be waving a flag saying, "I'm Soft and Weak, Please Come Eat Me."

I've been thinking of something lately...

The government is spying on everybody, that is quite obvious.

What is not obvious is what they are actually looking for.

Are they spying on people to find out what they know, or are they really spying on people to find out what they do NOT know?

For example, let's hypothetically say that a particular enemy of America had all the information they could ever dream of in every single state, city, town, and village, and they were going to use that information to pick a target to attack.

Are they going to target an area that has a lot of very smart, well educated, informed individuals? Or are they going to target an area that has a lot of soft, uninformed ignorant people who think that guns should be illegal and America declared independence from China in 1976?

Which is the easier target? People armed to the teeth with the truth and actual knowledge, or people disarmed by their own ignorance?

Ignorance breeds soft targets.

Know the law, arm yourself with knowledge, and a good rifle.

Information is one of our greatest weapons.

It's good to know, and it's dangerous not to.

Agree...not ignorant.

Willfully lazy under the enabling influence of the nanny state.

The law cannot make a wicked person virtuous…God’s grace alone can accomplish such a thing.

Setting a good example is a far better way to spread ideals than through force of arms. Ron Paul

I feel nothing for those

I feel nothing for those people. They're not ignorant but have a willingness to seek truth and information, they're ignorant and they love it. They absolutely worship stupidity and depravity of every kind.

Please come join my forum if you're not a trendy and agree with my points of view.

Was it Winston Churchill who said...

The best argument against democracy is a five minute conversation with the average voter.

henry9's picture

It made me so sad.

I have to wonder how much intelligent stuff was edited.

It just goes to show the how the tax and school systems are hard at work doing the dumb down.

Don't show these...

The greatest argument against democracy is the interview of the average person...

.

.

I guess this is why the founders talked about....

.... needing an irate and tireless minority. 'Cause the majority are effing dumb-ass's!!

This made me laugh...and then cry.

"If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy." -- James Madison

Republic

The republic is a brilliant idea for the following key reasons:

1) Only the people who care enough about what is happening will get involved, and these people who care enough are likely IN THE KNOW.

2) Those who don't care enough to know will not care enough to make decisions and can live their lives care free of government should they chose with minimal effect on those who care

This is why the concept of the tireless minority is so good and why true democracy where anyone can vote policy at any time regardless of how stupid they are leads to tyranny BY majority.

The 17th amendment is really what BROKE our republic and repealing it is KEY to any hope we have.

This is the

real problem with this country. It's the people....not the representatives....if the people were paying attention the representation would be different.

While it made me laugh

it is NOT funny.

The corporate media, and the take over of the school system ...

decades later.

I feel like I'm living in Idiocracy Today.

Thank you DailyPaul for a foot stone of reality!

They're trying to herd the

They're trying to herd the stupid people tight into the cities so they can nuke or poison them to death. Stupid people don't ask questions what it's about.

Hmmmmm Thats what FEMA re-education camps are for.

It's easy to see how they will work bi-partisanly to combine work release programs with the prison for profits system, to create a safer more efficient labor force. They must keep the work force safe and productive, instead of revolting and refusing to participate. Snowden is right, that is what they are afraid of.

"A vote for the lesser of two evils is a vote to keep things the same", Buckminster Fuller..
A choice for liberty is always a choice for liberty.

"I'm Soft and Weak, Please Come Eat Me."

The interviewer is clearly misinformed. In 1974 when the Declaration of Independence from China was signed, Jessie Ventura was there, but Jack Lemmon was NOT. I know, I was there. ;)

My first thought was what you said
Holy Mary, mother of God somebody please help these people!

I would be curios on the stats of that, how many people called him mad? Surely he found at least one person that wasn't clueless, if not:
Holy Mary, mother of God somebody please help us all. :)

As far as your hypothetical situation:

Which is the easier target? People armed to the teeth with the truth and actual knowledge, or people disarmed by their own ignorance?

Depends on the weapon they are going to use. Knowing who is who makes weapon choice easier. ;)

Just open the box and see

Oh, I think it's quite obvious what they are looking for

They've already told us; patriot groups, constitutionalists, nationalists, Christians, anti-abortion groups, anti-gay groups, T-party. Just look at the SPLC and fusion center hit lists. This is all about intimidating dissent into silence.

Undo what Wilson did

Hosea 4:6

"my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. "Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you..."

It was probably the pandas.

Thanks for posting that,

Thanks for posting that, Chris. All people have to do is ask, and they shall receive. But they're too ignorant to even ask!

Matthew 7:7

"Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you."

Americans used to knock on God's door, or at least ring the doorbell from time to time.

Now, they knock on the government's door and consult their Facebook "friends," for guidance.

Never be afraid to ask simple questions.
