CNN Nakedly Spins Zimmerman Trial Testimony In Direct Conflict of Actual Testimony

Medical examiner conclusively testifies that Trayvon Martin was leaning over Zimmerman when the bullet hit his chest.
Medical examiner testifies that Trayvon did not have any -- not even the slightest injury or scratch anywhere on his body except for the hands he used to beat Zimmerman.

CNN's response: Not a word of commentary acknowledging medical examiner's conclusion.

Trayvon's mother and brother in very subjective testimony claim it was Trayvon's voice crying for help on 911 tape.

CNN's response: Totally ignores common sense observation that Trayvon had no injuries from the scuffle and since he clearly was not beaten by Zimmerman it would be unlikely that Trayvon would be screaming for help since he was conclusively on top of Zimmerman -- the bullet wound proves his position on top of Zimmerman.

CNN just wants Zimmerman proven guilty of murder.

How the hell did this old post

get on top of the "Most Viewed"?

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

Strange,

because your post, and now mine, are the only ones from 2014. I've seen quite a few old ones like this pop back up, and couldn't find comments to explain it. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

I've seen errors like this on other sites.

From what my IT friend told me, it has something to do with the search algorithm not turning up "like-search results."

He showed me some code, but I'm fairly novice at the stuff, give or take some Java/HTML.

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

Mr. Obvious

Obviously couldn't Zimmerman repeat the screams. Say have Rachael Maddog get on top on him and start banging his head on the courtroom floor. Then replay the phone tape.?

With snowden, egypt and

With snowden, egypt and everything else going on, I do not understand the interest in this neighborhood interventionist.

Distraction from IRS leaks and NSA spying.
The media wants to divert attention from the Bush like tendencies of their "liberal" "progressive" president.

Maybe it has something to do with

the fact that a man is pretty much being publicly framed for murder for defending himself, all while it's desperately being spun as yet another 'racism' issue?

You and other people here can keep repeating 'interventionist', as well as any other isms you'd like, but repeating labels to the point of using them as insults doesn't change the facts.

EDIT: I'm not trying to be rude, sorry if it comes off that way.

Past history

indicates Florida's system of justice has problems. Go back to 2005, when a civil court judge ordered a woman, who had committed no crime, to death over a 12 day period by dehydration and starvation. If one treated their dog this way in my state, the person would be charged with animal cruelty, fined (and possible jail time) and the dog taken away.

The judge in the 2005 case was so compromised, he should have been removed from bench for not recusing himself.

No matter which side of the argument people took in this case, the above facts are not in dispute.

You say: "CNN just wants Zimmerman proven guilty of murder."

But keep in mind that the jury is not watching CNN, and will make their minds up based on the actual evidence presented in court. The real purpose here is to hide the evidence that would tend to exonerate Zimmerman from the public, so that if he is found innocent, some of the people who have already swallowed the race-baiting media propaganda about this case will perceive the verdict as a flagrant and racist injustice and use it as an excuse to riot or even engage in racially-motivated assault or murder. Divide and Conquer, Order out of Chaos.

Well if some poor uneducated misguided

youth comes into my home to continue the whole rioting whitey is evil thing, I'm not going to have compassion, or understanding, or explain the technicalities of legal jurisprudence, or argue factoids of the Zimmerman trial, or try to determine his motives. He's already made his decision. I will put him down with deadly force. If he has not learned the meaning of due process and self defense after watching the Zimmerman trial, if anything, the last thing he will understand is the meaning of our God given 2nd amendment.

"It does not take a majority to prevail but rather an irate, tireless minority keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men."

Exactly

Perfectly stated.

I hope

Zimmerman gets off on this. Why? Because all the riots is full of shit. They won't riot. It is all just talk and they love to just talk and never act.

If there are no race riots,

If there are no race riots, MSM will feel they didn't do their job.

CNN Guilty

I always thought that CNN should have been found guilty of mass murder in the Rodney King riots. For 14 months I watched CNN air extremely edited footage of the beatings. I didn't learn until a decade later that King had led police on a high speed chase at 117 mph, that two other people in his car were peacefully arrested. I also never saw the part of the video where King is fighting the cops. I'm not saying that the cops were justified in everything they did but CNN definitely had an agenda, as always, and it appears they are at it again. CNN is NOT a news organization. They are purely for propaganda.

Different Cases

Zimmerman case is way different than the Rodney King case. The police beat the living hell out of Rodney King, that's never okay. Police are supposed to protect and serve not beat people while they are on the ground.

he's judging CNN's coverage of...

not making a comparison betw the King and GZ cases.

Right

But isn't the important part of the King case the fact that he was beaten to a pulp? That's what I want to know about, everything else seems inconsequential.

context is still important

certainly doesn't justify the beating...but if the goal is to help the audience understand what happened, which is certainly the guise under which cnn is operating, they need to also describe the context.

hmm

Anyone else think that the prosecution is determined to lose the Zimmerman case? They'll throw the case, but win in the long run.
(Airing the Hannity interview, going for murder instead of manslaughter, etc = big "mistakes".)
1 - Zimmerman walks.
2 - Certain groups riot
3 - The state (law enforcement (revenue generators), maybe even National Guard respond to the "SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!" call & SAVE THE DAY!
4 - The state PROFITs from federal or "emergency" funds delivered.

In the end, the state ends up looking like a heroic operation, receives budget increases, and foments greater social unrest by appearing inept and dysfunctional. (Obviously, justice wasn't served, when, strangely enough, by my calculations and review of the case, it would have been.)

I could give a crap about how

I could give a crap about how this trial turns out. The MSM has all the slaves wrapped around its finger on this non-story. I'm more concerned about the Euro crisis, Snowden, Egypt and QE-infinity....

Put me down for a 5-spot that zimmerman walks though...

Ulfilas, I would. That is if

Ulfilas, I would. That is if you care about justice and the second amendment.

This case exists to make an example out of GZ and our right to defend ourselves.

The media is really doing an obvious 180* to the facts and must be held accountable.

If GZ walks then that's a victory for justice-- the Rule of Law,

instead of a victory for those who have been using the courts and tax-payers' money for political gain or agenda.

This trial is a divisive distraction

.

What is the goal of the MSM here?

Is it to cause race riots that will keep people's attention off the government scandals?

I think it would have something to do with

the right to conceal and carry a firearm. If he is found guilty, you know the next answer is to take peoples' rights away since "clearly" even people legally able to carry can be criminals.

Good Point

It's probably primary about gun control and secondarily about a distraction.

I am just

amazed the MSM is ramming this trial down our throats. I cannot see any real interest to justify the amount of coverage. Get ready for the riots when Zimmerman is found not guilty. This should have never gone to trial.
