I hate to see Ron Paul in single digits, and last place
in all three polls. I would like to think the support base is bigger than this. The media blackout is working wonders for their cause. Our biggest and best chance for headway, is a great debate result tonight. This is about the only shot Ron Paul will get at the Florida base. With this in mind, the MSNBC hosts will probably do their best to minimalize Ron's presence. I'm sure a lot of Floridians will be tuned in, see as how the debate is in Florida anyway. It's just hard to imagine that out of 100 people, only 4 would be voting Ron Paul............I'm having a hard time buying that.

Did the polls predict a Nevada 2nd place finish for Ron Paul???
I rest my case.
Anyway, I've analyzed "realclearpolitics.com" and it seems to be a hard right neoconservative rag pretending to be an unbiased polling compilation site. The articles give away the bias right from the beginning.
Have They ever?
Have polls ever won?
God doesn't go by polls and we just need to stay busy and work. Stop trying to discourage people.
For anyone interested, the debate will be online for all those who want to watch. Here is the info:

BOCA RATON, Fla. - The ever-shrinking Republican presidential field meets for potentially the last time as a 5-way contest on Thursday night here in Florida.
Broadcast live on MSNBC and streamed on msnbc.com from 9-10:30 p.m. EST, the debate will be moderated by NBC’s Brian Williams. He will be joined by Tim Russert, as well as St. Petersburg Times editor Paul Tash.
It is the only debate before the state’s crucial Jan. 29 primary. And there’s a do-or-die feel to it.

I dunno
There was nobody but Paul and Romney campaigning in Nevada. I haven't heard a word of Ron Paul going to Florida except to go to this debate. I think you have to campaign there to do better. What do you think? The other are running all over the state.
4% is all Paul recieved out of SC.
I hope I'm wrong.
Dr. Pual needs to shine in this debate. He really needs to push his economic message. Eyes will be on him because the U.S. economy is in such a downslide.

Who do you think is prepared for questions on the economy?
And who will be listening to the debate tonight?
Plenty of voters in Florida have time to change their minds when they hear Ron Paul. And an upward trend is welcome, but we still have the FEC reports to announce, and that's bound to get us some ink.

In Florida -- Just Voted
Just finished my early vote for Dr. Paul. I've never felt so good after voting! Let's hope the polls are wrong.
this sounds just like Nevada
remember what happened there
Here here!
Plus the debate is tonight and the economy will be front and center. RP will knock'em dead! The others will just be babbling, especially McCain wothout his advisor!
The only way we can lose is to forget that we are winning!
Florida is a winner takes
Florida is a winner takes all delegates state. If you finish in 2nd, you receive 0 delegates.
Ron Paul is not going to waste his money in Florida.
The only thing that matters about Florida is the fact that Rudy is going to drop out of the race after he loses, and maybe Huckabee too.
Both candidates are flat broke - neither can afford to pay their staff workers.
Super Tuesday is now up to us - if you have not ordered Slim Jims by now, you've dropped the ball.
Take back this country, one precint at a time.
If you have not signed up to be a precint leader yet, you are officially a mousepad revolutionary....all talk and no action. Money talks, but ask Mitt Romney how successful he's been...
Rudy/Huck dropping = Christmas early! Heard Huck is having

I'm in Florida
I know we have more than 4% of the vote. I did talk to three people this week and said they voted early; one for Julie and two for Romney.....puke! I also know two that voted for Ron Paul early this week. We may have 10 to 15% of the vote actually, but with electronic voting, they will likely make it 4%. This system must go......and now!

Low in the polls
Unfortunately the polls have been all too accurate in the past. Even if this is a "winner take all" state and even if "we cant win it", we still need to get a decent percentage of the votes to increase our media coverage and encourage voters in the next state to vote for a "real" candidate. Just my opinion. Thanks for reading.
where did Thompson's support go?
It's not clear from these new polls where Thompson's support went. I predict that all 5% of Thompson's support will go to the Christian scam artist from Arkansas.
Florida only has 1/2 of their delegates and it is winner take ..
all of those 1/2. Not worth putting any money in Florida right now. Take a second look at Flordia after Super Tuesday. IMO

I won't be surprised
if RP wins against Huckster and Julianee in FL. F**k the polls (that's my first cuzz).

Why do people continue to believe the BS?
Come n folks! These polls have been shown to be biased!
Based on the responses we've had here in Central Florida, we're going to do much better than these reflect.

Florida is Winner Take all State.
Useless state for RP for now. Let them fight it out. This state will force Guiliani and Hukabee to drop out.
Polls?
In NV polls--most had RP at 4-7%.
He took 14% in NV--- polls are not accurate.
only RP's totals are constant?
Is that odd or to be expected with a small portion?

Polls
Keep in mind that polls are used to prepare you for what the vote outcome will be so there is no shock and outcry about the final results and both are controlled samples.
Ron Paul or no one at all!
"Controlled" votes? So are you saying there is no way to win?
Not sure I understand your comment.

These Polls!
Keep in mind these polls are are conducted by phone when you and I are working, use out dated methods and created by who. Polls can be created to benefit or discredit ideas, people, places and things. IE: Ansewer the list of questions to see who you most likely agree with, your candidate may not even be listed in there program after your done with the questions. All polls are skewed, there is no authenticity to them.

But also keep in mind that votes have reflected polls so far
But also keep in mind that votes have reflected polls so far for the most part, right? Unfortunately.

Giuliani is out.
It's great to see Giuliani in 3rd. He will drop out after Florida. Huckabee might too, which would be better news.
I hope not!
He's the worst of the 5 and I'd sit out before voting for him, but he needs to stay in to increase the odds of a brokered convention. If he stays in and then takes NY or NJ those are votes not going to McCain or Romney. He needs to stay in long enough so no one can get a majority, same as Huck. If it gets down to RP vs those 2 right now it will not be brokered, one of them will pull away, probably McCain.
