"The United States can pay any debt it has because we can always print money to do that." — Alan Greenspan

More education, but glad to see people posting it!

Such a great resource for free audio books too. A slightly boring economics lecture can be just the thing to help you go to sleep and maybe learn a few things that slip in.

It can take some time to figure out where the audio clips are. This will take you directly to Bastiat's 'The Law'

Joseph Sobran on surprising critiques of war and empire in Shakespeare:

I go to...

https://twitter.com/ggreenwald (to keep up on nsa and Snowden; he posts lots of links to articles I wouldn't find on my own).

https://twitter.com/repjustinamash ( I like him).

https://twitter.com/repmarkmeadows (my congressman)

http://foxnews.com/ (just to see what the msm is up to)

http://hotair.com/ (but it is very anti-Snowden...good to see what the neocons are up to)

http://therightscoop.com/ (conservative socially/politically, but he posts a lot of videos I don't find elsewhere...likes Ted Cruz, warily likes Rand, but very anti-Ron Paul.)

Lately, I've been checking politico and HuffPo to see what the libs are up to.

Author of Shades of Thomas Paine, a common sense blog with a Libertarian slant.

Also author of Stick it to the Man!

The routine.

A quick check on Google news to find out what the normal world is worried about.

Over to Zerohedge to make economics make some sense.

Over to Rawstory to find out what has the liberals upset.

Up on Drudge to find out the broad spectrum that may or may not effect our little corner of the universe.

Start filling in the gaps at FreedomsPhoenix.com.

Check out Denninger at market-ticker.net mostly for amusement (Denninger writes wonderfully, even the bad news has...scratch that, ESPECIALLY the bad news is served up with bitter humor. One of my fave kinds.

Later in the day it's over to BusinessInsider for more "infotainment".

Wired and Slashdot for geek news.

Most of those who think so actually don't and most of those who think sew actually rip.

No one mention Glenn Beck!

No one mention Glenn Beck! LOL

I might have missed it, but I didn't see anyone else post a link to this guy's youtube channel. He has been posting videos for years now.

Because I'm writing

I take in many news sources and alternative news sources. Zero Hedge

Tomwoods.com and Libertyclassroom.com
Mises.org ...not really for news, but for education. I try to visit and read something daily.

I'd rather have a bottle in front o' me than a frontal lobotomy

Very good question.

One place I surprisingly didn't see below is www.thenewamerican.com.

This is the media organization of the John Birch Society. Since its inception many decades ago, the JBS has been THE leader in correctly identifying the source of our problems, a correct geopolitical worldview, and the solutions for a better world.

I highly recommend www.thenewamerican.com.

"It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a rEVOLution before tomorrow morning." - Henry Ford

I second that! I don't know

I second that!
I don't know why more Paul folks aren't keen on The New American! That sort of thing should be right up their alley.

For "news"? Wherever I find

For "news"? Wherever I find it, a variety of sources thruout my day however where I spend a little time is

as well as kitco, pcgs.com message boards and medical marijuana business daily http://mmjbusinessdaily.com/

I run a business that requires some days 18 hours of my time so I have to choose where I spent my tme wisely and in places that I enjoy.

The world is my country, all mankind are my brethren, and to do good things is my religion. Thomas Paine, Godfather of the American Revolution

I actually enjoy

Instapundit.com a lot.

Glenn Reynolds loved him some Iraq war, but he's fairly libertarian and has a pretty good sense of humor and cultural interests. Plus, he updates his page A LOT.

And of course Drudge because it's drudge.

Plus many of the other sites already listed.

The Onion News Network - Better News, Better Viewers.

oh, and occasionally one of these:
Daily Sources

Daily Paul cured my abibliophobia.

Pretty much all you have listed :)

and these as well:

f___ all forms of govt.

Jsmineset.com is my favorite. It's Jim Sinclair's site. Tfmetalsreport.com is Turd Ferguson's precious metals forum. Both are excellent. The Daily Bell is hit and miss, but when it's good, it's real good. It's never bad, just not always in my sphere of interest.
