Couldn't watch past the first 30 sec.

It sickened me. I knew it would be bad , but not this bad.. I feel hopeless and utterly discouraged.

Kind of

Kind of makes one loose hope ? very sad. ;(

Liberty ...

is wasted on these people ( ... and that is so incredibly sad )

Life is a sexually transmitted disease with a 100% fatality rate.
Don't Give me Liberty, I'll get up and get it myself!

It's not

as bad as it seems. Those are students from Santa Barbara. UCSB is probably the #1 party school in the country. You don't exactly go there hoping to excel in academia... you go there to party.

Not really an excuse, but I want to provide context.

Can confirm this as a UCSB grad.

I basically decided to go to collage there after visiting some friends and being blown away that the whole town(Isla Vista) was 25k college aged people. Lived in IV on DP(del playa - main party street on the beach) for 3 years. Fun times.

So sad.

I love my country
I am appalled by my government
