Want a better more fulfilled vibrant life?

Well then listen and consider this interview with Dr. Mark Millar on The Power Hour, aired 7-9-13.

Dr. Millar discusses the benifits of an abundant, inexpensive, over-the-counter mineral that many people have heard of, yet few people, including most doctors, don't fully understand. That mineral is known as "lithium orotate."

Dr. Millar has spent the last 3 years writing two books on the topic of a nutritional breakthrough for PTSD, Depression, Traumatic Brain Injury, suicide and Alzheimer's disease.

Topic starts at 8:min in.

Take this vitamin or that mineral it's still lopsided nutrition.

There are science based programs providing scientifically established ratios of the nutrients, dosed per body weight.

For example, too much copper is toxic, too much zinc is toxic. Each keeps the other safe.

There is a lot of hocus pocus surrounding lithium orotate.

The active ingredient in lithium orotate is the lithium ion, just like in lithium carbonate and lithium citrate, the salt forms traditionally used in medicine. It is possible that lithium orotate is metabolized differently than the other salts, but the active compound is the lithium ion. The science is limited, but evidence suggests that the difference is mainly in Naturopath marketing.

The main difference between lithium carbonate and lithium orotate is that lithium carbonate is sold by evil Big Pharma whose profit-driven motives are destroying our society, and lithium orotate is sold by naturopaths, who are working for the good of society and apparently are not profit-driven despite making a profit. (sarcasm)

Nothing works reliably in those with nutrition deficiencies.

Your ignorance of the science of nutrition is showing.

The science is out there, but it passed you by.

What? This comment makes no sense.

First off, lithium is not an essential nutrient. And how does this change the fact that the active agent in both Pharmaceutical lithium carbonate and Naturopath lithium orotate is both the lithium ion?

Please Paul_S, enlighten me on how one becomes nutrition deficient in the era of food fortification. I know you are a big proponent of selenium and other micro-nutrients, but those are practically impossible not to ingest in adequate quantities.

It'll take a while to give you a sensible answer.

Or at least a useful one, hopefully.

I'm out for the day.
