The primary is coming up quick, sometimes winning requires throwing a bit of dirt..I think we need to get a bit negative and turn up the heat a bit. I was thinking about creating a very large sign that says "Freedom is all about authority"- Rudy 08 and holding it up near a busy intersection surrounded by Ron Paul signs. I know its a bit harsh, but really, who cares...lets start a FL trend here with this, lol

If Ghouliani wins in Florida, the upcoming convention will be TOO fractured.. remember, it's our guy against everyone else, as LA has showed us...

I want Rudy to win.
The more the delegates are fractured, the better the chance of a brokered convention. If either Romney or McCain grab a majority of delegates , it's all over.

I lack the verbal skill to describe my loathing for Giuliani, but I'll be pleased if he wins Florida because it would be good for the RP campaign. It would make the contest even murkier and more vicious.
Rudy's not a threat in the long-term, I'm pretty sure that the only reason he's stayed in the contest this far is that not many republicans have seen the transvestite photos.
Meanwhile, Ron Paul keeps gaining momentum while the hyenas rip each other to shreds

The RP campaign has flown under the radar, letting the others spend all their money attacking each other, while Ron confounded expectations by remaining viable.
Now, Ron has the cash, and the momentum, with two second places, and maybe one of those will be a first when the votes get counted.
I predict a Ron Paul surge starting with the debate tonight - the economy is hot news (and is only going to get hotter) and Ron is the only one who knows what he is talking about, which is obvious when you listen to him speak, and he has all the endorsements from financial experts.
I think Ron has been saving his best stuff in the debates for the right time.
Watch him come out fighting with a display that the media can't ignore tomorrow.
My husband
wanted to get For Sale signs and put them on Romney, Ghouls, McCain's and etc election signs. I think "For Sale" kind of says it all. LOL.

It reminds me of the "Nixon" bumperstickers people affixed below the word "STOP" on traffic signs.
I would love to see "for sale" stickers on the other guys' signs, so long as it is not Ron Paul supporters who are doing it, or worse, who are blamed for it. WWRD?

a 1st for judy and 2nd for ron would be almost as good as ron in first and judy in 3rd.
his win would split total delegates, furthering the chances for a brokered convention.

let's not embarrass ron paul by resorting to behavior that ron paul himself would never participate in and would not endorse.
remember in the fox debate, at least 2 questions were wasted on him having to respond to the "truthers" and other tactics from the grass roots.
ron paul takes the high road - it's one reason we all respect him - let's follow suit and take the high road as well.

It's Romney and McCain that are the top threats. The media is now pushing those two as the only surviving frontrunners. Mark my words.
Media coverage now is so bad that the GUARDIAN (UK!) only discussed G,R,H, and M for the Florida primary. They pretended that there were only 4 contenders. Ron Paul was not mentioned even one time.
But didn't we know that would happen? If G and H dropped out, the media would only talk about R & M, right?
IMO I think all appearances by R & M should be swamped with P signs. Follow those two brainless, spineless shills for world government and the endless warfare-welfare state. Dog them everywhere. Stand in front of them with the reminder "Ron Paul" ever before them and the cameras.
He is weak
I want to do everything to eliminate his campaign. I believe the more narrow the race the more interest Ron Paul will receive. However, in FL we need him to almost even the playing field to slow the others down. I'm very torn about whether or not to destroy his reputation but I have decided I will. Everyone I have encountered in FL has the same thing to say "Well, look at what a good job he did in NY." I usually repsond by saying well what did he do? They respond with a confused look and a nothing to say.

The only reason RG is even still in the race is because he has been no threat to his opponents and they have let to attack him on any of his core antirepublican issues, save for 'the sanctuary city'.
Rudy's got less chance here in FL than we do, IMO.
Nobody who has watched that NYC Fireman's Union video would dream of voting for him. Rudy is about to be like Fred -- another contender in the VP sweepstakes. He might not even make it to Super Tuesday.

I have this pit in my stomach that says he's been down there talking to old buddies of influence and recruiting votes in the process. Some folks claim that Florida is nothing more than an extension of New York City, Southern township -- and of course while mayor of the Northern (NYC) township, he ruled with corruption and authority and did so in plain sight of folks that flat out hated the guy. Didn't matter much though, he and his buddy, KERIK, knocked heads togoether (not theirs, others) to get things accomplished -- or so I believe I read somewhere.
But man, I hope you're right. That the guy flops in Florida.

I would think this a great idea IF the single RON PAUL sign was in the middle of a massive GIULIANI gathering. I hope there would be 'no danger' for the one holding up the RON PAUL sign, but the same being different just might catch the eye of someone driving by. They might think all those folks were holding similar signs. They might think as you suggest, but I believe it might even generate some chuckles of understanding.
And that being that RON PAUL can't be shut out even in the midst of GIULIANI supporters.
