Zimmerman Prosecutor's Office Fires IT Whistleblower Who Leaked Concealment of Evidence

BREAKING NEWS: http://legalinsurrection.com/2013/07/zimmerman-trial-verdict...

In a breaking development, the Special Prosecutor’s Office of Angela Corey has fired the IT specialist who blew the whistle on the prosecution’s concealment of evidence:

"State Attorney Angela Corey fired her office’s information technology director Friday after he testified last month about being concerned prosecutors did not turn over information to George Zimmerman’s defense team in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin."

"On the same day attorneys finished their closing arguments in that nationally watched trial, a state attorney investigator went to Ben Kruidbos’ home about 7:30 a.m. to hand-deliver a letter stating Kruidbos “can never again be trusted to step foot in this office.”

In a separate but relevant video, Stephan Molyneux outlines the evidence in the case:

Great summation Stephan. The

Great summation Stephan.

The result of this trial will determine if MSM race baiting efforts are a success or a failure.

I agree mostly with this video....but

I think Zimmerman escalated the situation by getting out of his car. In this video there is a point he is talking about following Trayvon in the car....then he starts talking about Trayvon throwing the first punch...when did the punch occur...when Zimmerman rolled the window down? Wasn't Zimmerman out of the car already? If I was walking at night...someone followed me...then stopped their car and walked towards me I would also feel threatened. I think neighborhood watches are fine...but should armed civilians get out of their vehicles and follow presumed innocent people (because we should all be presumed innocent unless someone just witnessed a criminal act we perpetrated) walking at night? Zimmerman has the responsibility for controlling the situation and he didn't by getting out of the vehicle. He was not defending his home or family, he was not defending anyone else from an imminent threat. He had no business dismounting his vehicle with a loaded weapon to follow a suspicious person. That is what we have a trained police force to do.

If you rewatch the video...

...it is proposed that Zimmerman got out of the car to see the name of street he was on for the police report. Upon returning to his car, he was allegedly confronted by Martin.

Again...taken in whole, Zimmerman's testimony to investigators could not be discredited at all, and in fact, according to police testimony it was actually corroborated entirely.

actually corroborated

actually corroborated entirely

How was it corroborated?

How was it corroborated? There were no eye-witnesses to corroborate it?

And though it couldn't be used in the trial, Zimmerman has told many different events of the story. The first time he told the story he simply said it was self-defense. In the interview with Hannity (where of course, he paints himself as an angel), he says that he followed Trayvon until Trayvon confronted him. Then, he "realized" that Martin was no threat and went to call 911 and report false alarm (again, this is his account), and Martin attacked him.

Then, he changed the story to say Martin followed him back to the car.

Rereading my comment and yours...

"entirely" was not the right word to use. I apologize for that.

You're correct in that several portions of GZ's testimony cannot be corroborated with eyewitness testimony nor hard evidence, and I didn't not mean to imply that it could be corroborated.

I guess more accurately stated, nothing that GZ said to INVESTIGATORS countered other independent eyewitness testimony or hard evidence nor did investigators have any reason to suspect GZ was not being honest PRECISELY BECAUSE a lot of the things he told investigators were corroborated with testimony and/or hard evidence.

P.S. "corroborated" sounds funny when you say it a lot of times!

Outstanding Post

I wasn't going to watch the whole thing. I'm now glad that I did. I had even conceded that Zimmerman might be guilty of manslaughter (although not 2nd degree murder.) I now have lost all my illusions about this case. Zimmerman is not guilty anything and he acted in pure self defense.

I up voted this and hope others will listen. Thanks for posting.

Thanks, just posted a new one too!

Okay, i gotta ask, do we

Okay, i gotta ask, do we have an idea what exactly was concelead?

cellphone info hidden in

a special application with a separate password.. 100 MB of info about buying and selling a gun, participation in a fight (TM lost the first round but won the next two which he bragged about), conversation between Trayvon and his half brother about fighting, lots of pics, text messages and so forth that could have been turned over mid-2012, not June 4th 2013, right before the trial start.

Here's Don West testifying in the sanctions hearing:

The defense had to hire an IT expert just to unlock and analyze the info. If I can find the video, I'll come back and edit...

I'm sorta glad

the IT guy was fired. He knew he did the right thing. He also lawyered up before he did it.Not to keep his job, but because he didn't want to be implicated down the road for withholding and tampering with evidence.

It's Special Prosecutor Angela Corey, tho, who needs a lawyer. This firing just makes the case against her multitude of shenanigans even stronger.

The video was good, but...

he lost me when he starting equating spanking to child abuse. What in the world does that have to do with the Zimmerman/Martin thing? In the video, 23:35 and on can be disregarded as it has nothing to do with the issue at hand.

I will have to defend freedomain Radio

The real truth is that hitting a child, can and often does trigger the same mental break down as abuse.

When people use/resort to violence. THINK ABOUT IT
The question I as myself is why?
You can't win a argument with 3 yr old? LOL POOR YOU.
If your older children are winning arguments and you get mad same deal! LUCKY YOU YOUR KIDS ARE SMART! what you want them to grow up dumb?

Same deal many get wrong in the military you had to take my orders,
but just like my children that love me. I knew to be a real man had to earn your respect!

Having to respect me because I our ranked someone always seem wrong to me.

On another note Stefan Molyneux is a real smart guy and he isn't after your money, makes sense often.
He is on the same level as Ron Paul!

Just want what seems to be missing, Truth and Justice for ALL
What is fraud except creating “value” from nothing and passing it off as something?

I believe he was trying to show...

I believe he was trying to show how pervasive black on black crime is, how blacks, while making up a small percentage of the total population, make up larger percentages of prison, foster care, and related to your inquiry, larger percentages of abused and neglected children. He was trying to show how there are far deeper problems in the black community, and that to call Zimmerman a racist, is clearly disingenuous.
