My local government proves

that they believe they don`t have to obey the constitution, but I am working to make them pay a price for that kind of statist mind set. Once you read this article from the Chattanooga times free press you will see the kind of contempt that they have for us as taxpayers. And how they tried to trample my constitutional rights but because the Times free press editorial editor is a true friend of Liberty and seeker of truth. His name is Drew Johnson and before he was at the free press he founded the first libertarian think tank in Tennessee called The Tennessee center for policy research and was the only national paper to endorse Gary Johnson in 2012. And we have started to work together on some government corruption situations here locally and he is a regular guest speaker at our Liberty/Tea Party meetings. So as I move forward with legal action I will keep everyone up to date on how things are progressing.

Hey Dan!

You need some bigger signs? I'd be happy to lend a hand.

I found out he was coming

I found out about this an hour and a half before the event started so I used what I had. To show how big a sham this was the last armed bank robbery we had there were 4 police at the scene. For this case of dangerous taxpayer with protest signs we had 7 police cars with one police captain and a lieutenant and a sergeant along with seven or eight cops and a code enforcement officer all paid for by the taxpayers. There reasoning behind why they vandalized my signs was that they were in the right of way which is a lie, also I researched the city charter and talked to the lawyer who helped draw up the charter and both the document and the lawyer say that neither the city manager nor any city councilman have any power or authority to enforce any laws or codes. So now we will move forward with our legal options!

Good luck!

Good luck!

Mr. President, it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts.
