Funding the Tenth Amendment Center & Advancing the Nullification Process Nationwide

“In TAC’s 7 years, we’ve built a national movement of resistance to their plans, and it’s growing day by day. Even the Associated Press had to take note recently, pointing out that now 4/5 of the states are taking steps to nullify federal acts. This is unprecedented in American history.

But we’re out of cash. We just can’t afford to keep it going. Period. Without some help – right now – we’re going to start fizzling out.”

-Latest email update from Michael Boldin, Founder of the Tenth Amendment Center

From the first time I called the Tenth Amendment Center to work on NDAA Nullification in Arizona, which was only stopped by a governor’s signature, but roared through committees, the house, and the senate, I knew nullification was one of our best tools in advancing the nullification process and bringing Liberty back into our lives, and the Tenth Amendment Center, along with others, would lead the charge.

At this very moment, nullification has grown into a nationwide movement, not to be reckoned with, and the folks at the Tenth Amendment Center have acted on a daily basis to help restore Liberty in the States. From individuals, to organizations, to neighborhoods, towns, cities, states, and even markets, nullification has freed the governed from tyrannical government across the spectrum.

“Let us therefore animate and encourage each other, and show the whole world, that a free man contending for Liberty on his own ground is superior to any slavish mercenary on earth.” — George Washington, 1776
