Wall Street Journal - The NSA's Surveillance Is Unconstitutional

Interesting to think now when the government issues a warrant, said warrant will have to be challenged simply because there is a chance that the information garnered to obtain said warrant could have been gathered illegally. Time to shut down the elites new plaything, and hold those in the know responsible in a court of law. sedition on the part of lawmakers would be a nice charge among the several, and we will see how strong our constitution is when they are in front of a jury of their peers. The moral of the article is that regardless what politicians "think", they are still contractually bound and work for We the People.

This article

This article should be spread. Not scoffed at. We get a article from the beast itself that is in line with our thoughts. There is no reason to tear it down. Just because it's not a Paul stating it doesn't mean it doesn't matter. I've passed this on. The more that do, would be for the betterment of making our case.

It's time! Rand Paul 2016!

"Mr. Barnett is a professor

"Mr. Barnett is a professor of constitutional law at Georgetown University and the author of "Restoring the Lost Constitution: The Presumption of Liberty" (Princeton University, 2005)."

This guy sure sounds different than another "constitutional lawyer" who has had a lot to say on this subject lately ... :)

Beware the cult of "government"...

The writer would be correct "IF"

we lived in a real Constitutional Republic, but we do not. Those days are long gone. The gvt. just hasn't admitted it yet...
