Were there serious crimes committed in the Zimmerman case that should be prosecuted? You bet.

How dose a case with no probable cause end up going to trial? In America?

Well, it all started with some magic words in early April 2012: "If I had a son, he would look just like Trayvon Martin.", words spoken by President Obama in his re-election year, and words spoken in regards to a case in a swing state he badly needed, and POOF! — just like magic — the goose-stepping statist machine heeded his call to action.

After 6 weeks of no charges being brought against George Zimmerman, all of a sudden, his case is being tried on the front page in the media, 24/7, as the new civil-rights violation case of the century by a white depraved racist with spite and ill-will.

And that's when the only crimes in this case began; all of them perpetrated by the hands of State appointed Special Prosecutor, Angela Corey.

But first, a little "behind-the-scenes" look at Special Prosecutor Corey's reality... (notice how EVERYONE involved in this case is a Wannabe? Obama/Stalin, Holder/The Law, Corey/Hitler, de la Rionda and the other two stooges/Prosecutors, Trayvon/a Gangsta, Zimmerman/Cop, but I digress...)

Now for the meat of my post: There should be a special prosecutor appointed to investigate this special prosecution.

"In early April 2012, [not long after Obama's magic words] Special Prosecutor Angela Corey decided not to take the George Zimmerman case to a Grand Jury, opting for the filing of a Criminal Information which then was presented along with an Affidavit of Probable Cause. The Court [Judge Nelson, life-long Democrat, hand-picked by Corey] found probable cause for the charges.

It turned out, once pre-trial discovery was exchanged, that the affidavit upon which probable cause was found had not disclosed a lot of significant exculpatory details. There was no mention of the significant injuries to Zimmerman, or of John Good’s eyewitness account that Martin was on top of Zimmerman hitting him Mixed Martial Arts style. All the Affidavit said on the subject of the physical confrontation was that there was “a struggle.”

The Affidavit identified the voice screaming for help as that of Martin based on an interview with his mother, but did not reveal what we now know, that Martin’s father initially denied it was his son.

The Affidavit also was inaccurate, such as alleging that the 911 operator “instructed Zimmerman not” to follow Martin — a false fact which lives on in the media mythology of the case.

Alan Dershowitz was livid.

From the post: If Angela Corey threatened suit against Dershowitz and Harvard, she needs to step down from Zimmerman case, June 7,2012, Dershowitz was prophetic:

This prosecution stank from the get-go. There should be a special prosecutor appointed to investigate this special prosecution.

P.S.--O'Mara has stated that they will go through with their sanctions against the Prosecution. So lawyer-up, Corey! These guys aren't rookies.

Well said, Tman,

and you have some good ideas.

Since the trial, I've gotten a glimpse of Zimmerman's future, which now seems a little less bleak.

*GZ says he wants to go to law school. That's a brilliant idea and a great place 'to hide'. I wonder if he'll choose criminal law...

* I think GZ should go after NBC's parent company, GE, too. Take them for everything they're worth for the harm they so maliciously, wantonly visited upon GZ to deny him a fair trial. No settlement no excuses. And then include CNN, FOX, et al for collusion. But that's just me. lol They were all working for Obama and Holder to deny GZ a fair trial.

* That plus the money the State owes GZ and his attorneys because the state lost.

* Plus damages caused by the fraudulent actions and malicious prosecution by Corey... Hey, GZ could end up paying cash for law school!

This and the recent revelations of how government employees went to organise protest for zimmermans trial.......its starting to look like those protesting are starting to be made fools of, if this growing list of what is to starting to look like public manipulation is what its starting to look like

Wasnt obamas realection about the time when they were calling for "gun registration", could this zimmerman trial have been purely a manifestation of a sick need to yet again manipulate the public, i honestly dont know, or care to make my mind up so early,

And another thing i just thought off, this is great for government who is looking to have the public focus on something else then their own illegal activities.......one way or the other, not gonna happen

The only thing I can hang my hat on

is that Obama, Holder, along with the media are trying to start violence. There are, fortunately, many lawyers that are aware of their involvement in this case and every penny they've spent to facilitate it.

If these outspoken lawyers even blink, including the defense lawyers, then I can't imagine what's next.

Gives a whole new meaning to "hold your ground."

makes you wonder what evil

makes you wonder what evil motive must have compelled him to tell the truth this one time in his life.

Sorry, I don't understand

who 'he' refers to... Dersh? Zimm?

FBI must have been wrong?

Obama DOJ Race Case Blocked!: FBI Records Found No Evidence Zimmerman Was Racist

When it comes to their politics--

both Dersh and Mark Levin nauseate me. But when they stick to what they know and do best, criminal law and constitutional law, respectively, I will listen to what they have to say. That's just the way I'm wired. And----many a practicing criminal attorney, DA, and criminal professors agree whole-heartedly with Dersh on this one.

Having said that, how rare is it to see two lifelong Democrats (Dersh and Corey) try to tear each other to pieces in public? In a Presidential election year!?

And having said that, when you're right you're right. And Dersh is spot on and has been right about Corey from the word go.

Forget Dershowitz More Generally

He is spot on here.

well you can always count on

well you can always count on alan dershowitz to be on the wrong side of justice

And when he becomes an expert witness against Corey

for criminal, malicious prosecution...will you still say 'he's always on the wrong side of justice'?

Alan Dershowitz is the biggest scumbag

CNN ever brought to light.

Him and Obama probably shared cocktails together at Harvard Law.

The MSM loves this trial, since then they don't have to cover awkward things such as REAL news.

BTW, Dershowitz and Obama also both LOVE the NSA.

George Zimmerman should own

George Zimmerman should own MSNBC after he sues them. The egregious malice of libel and slander on the part of MSNBC is apparent. Many other news networks are complicate too and should be disciplined to the fullest extent of the law suit. This is the best course of action to make MSM news think twice before engaging in unfounded race baiting.

Agree.

I haven't seen the actual petition yyet ( or whatever it's called) but if ever there was a case of fraud, this would be it.

Have you seen this time-line someone put together of all the media's fraudulent, malicious statements? This is precisely why I refuse to pay for TV or listen to those bastards.

So True

What really intimidates evil is righteous conviction. If George Zimmerman avoids the whole disappear into the night thing, and stays in the spotlight, and consistently and aggressively defends his character, and sues and takes on NBC, and embarrasses them... whew, what a shift of winds that will be.

Let's say Zimmerman is a coward and shot Trayvon because he got scared and his nose was broke. Doesn't matter. People are fed up with the establishment and people by into confidence. If Zimmerman consistently and confidently and aggressively proclaims his innocence, people will come along. Also, so much of the anti-Zimmerman sentiment is based on false narratives. People construct stories loosely based in evidence to form their opinions. Zimmerman doesn't need to prove to the public his complete factual innocence. A few key facts that contradict the anti-Zimmerman narrative, and a confidence in the face of that narrative will win Zimmerman support.

Particularly if he sues NBC. Man, I hope he does. NBC was so violently, egregiously out of line. When that case is 'litigated' in the court of 'public opinion' as it's litigate in a real tort court, people will confront how messed up the campaign by the establishment against Zimmerman ways. Hell, he should sue the DOJ somehow, or be part of hearings by congress against Eric Holder.

I hate to say it, but if he goes into hiding, he'll be a fugitive his whole life. His only option is to stay aggressively, for better or worse, in the public spotlight. Guilty people like Casey Anthony go into hiding. Innocent people live in the sun. And the court case is over so he won't have to worry about incriminating himself. By staying in the spotlight, it's taking the offensive. It could be lucrative too.

In any event, I just want to see NBC be creamed in court. Man, and their ratings get smashed too.
