Don't Sign Up...It's UnConstitutional!!!

If I had money, I'd use it for a counter campaign and embarrass those yellow livered "legislators".
Pure and simple, the court usurped the Legislature by re-writing the law, making it a tax, not a penalty. Congress enacted a penalty. If the court found a penalty unconstitutional, it's ONLY recourse was to remand back to the Legislature so noted, and let those cowards pass a tax. This makes the whole law unenforceable, and anyone who "signs up" is participating in the scam. The courts have NO authority to write law!
