Adam Kokesh To Be Released!: No Guns Allowed Until Trial - VIDEO

$5000 bond granted, probation period to last until October

Pro-Second Amendment activist Adam Kokesh has been released from jail following his arrest during a raid on his Virginia home last week.

Kokesh was granted bond Monday and is expected to be released this afternoon, according to a report by local ABC News affiliate WJLA.

The Hamilton (Monopoly/Criminal/Banker) scam, also known as The Constitutional Convention (post event labeling), was the concept of taking a good thing, CREDIT EARNED, and us that good thing to hide National Debt.

Hamilton and Washington were using the label "Federalist," and that is another case of using a good thing, the thing being an idea of Federalism, and that label is then used to hide crimes of fraud, extortion, and whatever else may be "required" in "national interests".

You are clearly very knowledgeable and appear, from your writings, to be wise. That is to your credit. I simply could not decipher what you meant in that particular open ended context. Now I see where you are coming from.

I agree that a good things has been used for deceptive manipulation of others. I also see a line of logic in the Constitution that transcends the issue of corrupt men seeking to distort it for their own nefarious pecuniary advantages. When we see the meaning of the Words and how they were used it is clear that some knew the protections where delineated with supreme power accessible from We the People if we so choose to be knowledgeable of all Law and understand the context of its protections i.e. the Constitution is the Law for Government. If We the People wish to remain ignorant and apathetic to the protection of our liberty then that is just as much on us as it is on the criminals. Knowing a crime has happened or is happening is a crime itself called misprision.

How can we ever maintain a good thing as good if we ourselves knowingly or unknowingly practice misprision to their crimes? Even for all of their nefarious agendas I still see the line of logic in our law that can be utilized for the basis of returning to the good things. It is in fact that that Law US Constitution and code derivations is for US Citizens not We the People. There was never any consent to enable other men to write "laws" and apply them to the People (men/women). This line of logic is still maintained throughout all laws in the US but most everyone seems to want to enslave themselves and everyone to "citizenship" for some reason. This line of logic can be taken to its true source within Divine Law to access the true protections of Law. However, this responsibility seems to be too hard for most people and hence the confusion and self-enslavement that results from such an apathy. I do not include you in this statement because it is clear to me you have humbled yourself before nature and seek truth. That is credit not discredit. I just kept thinking of many many different possible interpretations some of which were conflicting which is why I sought clarity. Thank you.

Discussion is not easy, as proven time and again.

Some people do manage to make it look easy, not often.

There is a curious thing that occurs, to me.

When speaking about either The Declaration of Independence or The Bill of Rights, those things, those ideas, those offers of honest, productive, defense of liberty, there is thrown into the communication the additional addition of The Constitution, as if The Constitution was among those ideas, when The Constitution is clearly, self-confessing, a diametric opposite compared competitively with The Declaration of Independence and The Bill of Rights.

The concept of equitable law can be realized by equitable people who seek to exchange in equitable ways; while other people may work effectively to enforce iniquity while hiding behind such words as equity.

Judgment Day

I am going to offer something to you.

It may be, and I can't know while I am alive, that there are an infinite number of souls having eternity to suffer with nothing interesting to do, and that may become easier over time, or it may be more difficult over time.

So, with that in mind, those souls may be hoping to "win the lottery" and have a chance at being alive on some planet, some time, in eternity.

The odds may be much worse than any human made lottery.

I said a few days ago that, as soon as Adam asked for a lawyer, they could not question him, nor could they hold him indefinitely. He waived no rights, EXCEPT as a condition of probation. If possession of guns was part of that, then he cannot legally possess them. Otherwise, screw them and their violation of "natural rights".

As far as the low bail is concerned, without his statement, they probably did not have enough evidence to hold him for much of anything.

I find it amusing that so many accuse Adam of being COINTELPRO, yet nobody makes the same accusations against Joe Banister, who beat the IRS and is left alone despite his "education program" website.

They spent at least $100K on the raid and let Adam walk on a $5K bail. Yeah Right! Being charged with picking ones nose in public usually gets a $500,000 bail demand.

Me thinks something smells a bit tainted.

P.S.: I donated $25 to the Free Adam legal fund (last time). It was not needed and they said (via email) that I could request a refund or let them keep it for next time. I asked for a refund. I never got the refund, however they claim that they have refunded money to all who had requested a refund. This is total BS.

They used an entire swat team military brigade with helicopters to arrest this dangerous man as seen on TV, and now they're going to let him walk out of prison a few days later?

Since when do cost benefit analysis' factor into government actions? What is our current national debt? Why would anyone care when they don't have to foot the bill? They use SWAT in much more ridiculous situations. Don't let your previously held views of Adam taint your logic.
