Only alternative to a freemarket...

The alternative to a free market is a slave market; either everybody enslaved by everybody, everybody enslaved by a small group or everyone enslaved to a single person and all in between are variations of slavery. To argue against a free market is to ultimatly argue for some form of slavery.

They again, are the ones innitiating force, as they are denying

Your property rights. So again i don't see this as innitiating force unless you are talking about the trespasser in which case i agree he innitiated force yet i cannot justify his actions so i still need an example where innitiating the use of force against another is moral or just.

1) "They again, are the ones innitiating force, as they are denying Your property rights"

Sorry, do you mean the police? If so, I disagree since their presence was requested and their force was justified when removing the trespasser who refused to leave

By 'they' i mean the trespaser

The trespaser uses force by infringing on the property owner's property rights

OK

and the animated point remains: the trespasser did not initiate force against the police; the police however justifiably initiated force when removing the trespasser
