The South Dakota U.S Senate race just got interesting!

Right now there are only 3 Republican candidates who have announced there intention to run in the OPEN U.S Senate seat in South Dakota.
Mike Rounds, former Governor.
Larry Rhoden, State Senator. And
Annette Bosworth, Sioux Falls Physician.

But the fourth likely candidate is State Representative Stace Nelson! Stace has just announced a formation of an exploratory committee to run for (Federal) office (likely U.S Senate). Stace is a very outspoken conservative lawmaker who stands for principal on every vote. Because of Stace's independent and strong Conservative voice he was kicked out of the Republican Caucas in the 2012 legislative session. I guarantee y'all have heard it a million times but Stace needs your help raising funds for his Campaign/Exploratory Committee. I would highly encourage everyone to make a small donation to his campaign or at least visit his State House website. Or if you have any questions please leave them in the comment section. Stace is the real deal and I hope you will consider supporting him!

2 notables from his website....

1. America is Good.

…because “we the people” are good. I truly believe that this country is “of the people, by the people, for the people” and that we as a country have changed the course of world history for the better. I have traveled the world and I have seen the good that has come from our efforts in war and humanitarian assistance. I dismiss the cat calls from the bleachers for the times when our efforts were not immediately successful in appearances, as those seeds we planted did bear fruit in Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Germany, Taiwan, Russia, Poland, etc., etc., and in the hearts of the many who desire to be free.

5. If you break the law you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it.

My father and I both lived our lives upholding this sentiment to be the truth of our lives as public law enforcement servants of the people. Society and victims should not be blamed for the crimes that are committed against them. I believe in lengthier jail time for child molesters, and other violent criminals, as studies have shown that the recidivism rate for these type of crimes are high and those who commit these crimes often incorrigible. Our government has an obligation to protect citizens against these crime (domestic enemies) just as much as it does against foreign enemies.

He quotes from the 9/12 movement - 12 principles..
my gut tells me... he's been 'born again' from the Glenn Beck stuff..
so... he needs to come to the DP...
and learn a WHOLE lot more.
Cheers,
G.

good vid...

do you know what his foreign policy positions are???

I can't vouch for this

I can't vouch for this particular guy, but it's definitely time to focus on the upcoming 2014 elections in order to advance our work started in 2008 and continued in 2010 and 2012. We will regain our republic only by replacing the traitors at both the federal and local levels with constitutionally principled representatives. Thankfully, I largely ignore the distractions from the mass media masquerading as news.

yes
