FBI Orders Florida Medical Examiner to not Release Autopsy of Chechen Killed by FBI

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has ordered a Florida medical examiner’s office not to release its autopsy report of a Chechen man fatally shot by an FBI agent in the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings.

The FBI said the reason for holding up the autopsy report was due to the bureau’s active internal investigation into the shooting of Ibragim Todashev, who was killed on May 22 in his Orlando apartment while being interrogated about his connection to Boston bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

What prompted the shooting is still unknown. Some accounts said Todashev attacked the FBI agent with a blade, while others said he was unarmed, and still others said he lunged at the agent with a metal pole or a broomstick.

FBI oversteps authority

Since when does the FBI have the authority to order state employees around? Isn't there a little something called the separation of powers that is supposed to stop arrogant federal agents from pushing their weight around in defiance of the enumerated powers in the Constitution?

It only takes one to KEEP AMERICANS FREE. Know your duties & rights as a juror. Stop the unconstitutional conviction of innocents in federal custody. The Fully Informed Jury CALL 1-800-TEL-JURY www.fija.org IMMEDIATELY if not sooner. It's that important.

Ibragim Todashev's body will

Ibragim Todashev's body will be cremated by accident too. Just like Michael Hastings.

Isn't it clear by now? We're all living in a society that Stalin would be proud of. People are going crazy, and the government is going nuts.

Never be afraid to ask simple questions.

It takes time to fabricate a report that the suspect

took an agent's gun an committed suicide.
