You Didn't Build That, Obama! Jacksonville, Florida speech 7/25Submitted by Linda Cross on Thu, 07/25/2013 - 15:58
Obama's speech at JAXPORT in Jacksonville had the atmosphere of a campaign rally. He was continuously railing against Republicans. "There's a group of Republicans in the House who refuse to fund our debts, so that this country may move forward, in supporting the middle class". What a twisted version of the battle yesterday over the defense authorization amendment by Amash. Over and over he referred to those bad Republicans and said that if they won't support me "I WILL ACT ON MY OWN!!!"
The Great Divider is here. Dividing the country between Black and White, Rich and Poor, Republican and Democrat, least we pay any attention to "those PHONY SCANDALS" and take our attention off Obama's supposed agenda: to raise the middle class, provide everyone with a secure income, and health care when they need it. Yes, I need it, Obama, you make me sick.
Distractions? Political Posturing? Phoney Scandals? Benghazi, IRS targeting your political opponents, NSA spying on every one of us, tossing the Constitution and especially the Bill of Rights in the trash, destruction of the economy, are those the "Phoney Scandals" we should ignore?
The final straw. the point when I had to either leave the room or Scream in anger, was when Obama took credit for JAXPORT. Bragging about such projects which will put people to work by improving our infrastructure, bla, bla, bla. YOU DIDN'T BUILD JAXPORT, OBAMA! Jaxsonville, private companies, and the great state of Florida built Jaxport. As you, Mr. President, repeatedly pointed out, we are doing quite well in Florida. Please stay out of our way.
