Phil Mickelson Faces 61 Percent Tax Rate Following Back-To-Back Wins

Hey, the government deserves 61% of his earnings right? Without the roads and bridges how could Phil have ever traveled to those golf courses? As a gesture of goodwill the state will (because they're so loving) allow Mr. Mickelson to keep 39% of his earnings.
