New Movies Have No Creativity, Are These Films Getting More Cheesy, Stupid and Pathetic to Watch?

Last night I watched a movie on the Syfy channel called “Sharknado”. It was so pathetic to watch. It was cheesy I cannot believe I wasted two hours on a Saturday night watching this movie. I mean I can tell it might be another psy-op movie telling us first Global warming will bring hurricanes to Los Angelas with sharks flying out of high waves on dry land eating people. Great white sharks are swimming in drainage ditches and sewer pipes flying out of manhole covers eating people because the streets are flooding because of the heavy rains.

Now because of Global Warming, a hurricane will now reach LA is being said by the newscaster on TV. Water Spouts will form as F-1 in the Pacific Ocean being a F-5 tornado with sharks inside the tornado flying out eating people on the streets of Los Angelas. The movie was a low budget form of the “The Day after Tomorrow” I mean the writers were stuck on stupid. It was a complete waste of money to produce.

This is why

...there are so many cartoon and comic book based movies out for adults today lol

I do not think my parents would of went out to a movie to watch something like Transformers, Spiderman, Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, X-Men, GI Joe, or the Fantastic Four, etc. in their day lmao

People are conditioned to enjoy these movies

This is why there are laugh tracks, and often see an audience clapping inside the movie itself.

At the end of 'happy endings' movies you will see people high fiving, waving flags, saluting or even chanting USA, USA.

Whether you sit in your home cage or pay to go out to a movie cage really makes little difference.

From the self-importance of the movie studio logos and intros, to the commercials, agenda based plots and pandering these movies are meant to entertain in a way that will give you a dull glaze over your eyes, a half-wit smile and a soft buzzing in the back of your head.

It's even worse when they prey on our young.

If my post makes you feel awkward, irritated or you get a mild head throb guess what, that is your conditioning

I must say I have noticed it too.

You would think with computer technology today, they would get better.

But unfortunately, computer graphics seem to have done exactly the opposite, and made movies look ridiculously cheesy and low budget. To the point of pathetic compared to older movies from 20+ years ago.

Writing quality - LOL!

Directing quality - Most of them nowadays couldn't direct a slideshow.

I agree completely...modern special effects

I agree completely...modern special effects turn most films into B-movies for me. I've never been to into action films, but I much prefer to watch Star Wars with the ingenious special effects of the mid 70s than watch any modern day comic book turned movie. The special effects today are patronizing to the viewer.

Blame it on the Govt. school system:

not allowed to be free thinkers.

Blame it on the war on drugs:
no imagination
no inspiration
no hallucinations
;)

I hate to write stuff like this

But 99% of new movies are about as intelligent as wiping an ass.

But, 90% of Americans will watch whatever is available because they have little to no creativity left.

and that explains how big bang theory can be a hit show

And that explains how big bang theory can be a hit show. I only see commercials for this show, but if you have 15 seconds to get my attention and the 15 seconds you show me are not remotely funny, I would imagine the show sucks. I'm perplexed by how this show remains on the air, and friends of mine enjoy it, but I guess it caters to the lowest common denominator when it comes to tv viewers. The same can be said for nearly every show on network TV. The only shows I have watched regularly in the past 10 years are shows like Breaking Bad, Sunny in Philly, and Arrested Development...mostly non-network stuff.
