Dr. Paul was great, what is your problem?!

Jeez, all the negativity. Yeah, his question for McCain was kind of lame, but he answered all the questions very well. His only problem was that he did not get enough air time. Come on, people, we have an election to win. We need to stay positive.

Ron Paul's show-stopping
Ron Paul's show-stopping (literally) comment made up for the rest of the debate. He didn't just hit a home run, he broke the stitches and knocked the hide off the ball. Whether he wins the nomination or not, that comment will have a lasting effect because it extended an olive branch to the GOP on our behalf. It may only lead to empty rhetoric, but their tune will begin to change after this. They need us under their tent and they know it. :-)

Positive vibration.
I think he did better than anyone of us could have done.
He did GREAT!
Thank you Dr. Paul. You are finding your voice!
Humble Patience Sir, Humble Patience.
Sound bites are for slick politicians.
When you speak the truth about a twisted, messed up system, it takes some time to explain. We have been accustomed to slick politicians that are quick on their feet and can say all the right things at the right time. We have a man up there finally that can tell the truth and garnish some major support and fund raising, and we are beating him up because he is not slick enough. I think we knew at the beginning that Ron Paul is not the fast salesman type. He does however maintain himself in a very hostile environment and manages to come out in a mostly positive light. Between Rudy's cackling, McCains sneering, a mostly stacked audience, and the entire MSM waiting for him to say something that they can twist, I think he did wonderful.
Ya baby
He took mc cain out at the knee caps he did not even know what paul was talking about . He looked like an ass clown. I thought rudy was going to start laughing.
The negative post after debates are always by
kafkuba. He is a notorious troll. Just don't respond to him.
I can't believe people still do.
kafkuba ~ I fart in your general direction.
I didn't know...
Thanks for making me laugh. Except for RP and you guys - my day sucked. Go RP!
People only retain a small amount of input...
and I think the debate was summed up in the last 30 seconds!! Great ending, and one that people will remember tomorrow....
Dam politicians, not rivers!
Always remember:
"It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds." ~ Samuel Adams
Stay IRATE, remain TIRELESS, and set those BRUSH FIRES everywhere you go and in all you do!
Thank you!
I saw the debate twice. I thought the doctor did well. MacCain, Ramney and Giuliani were given a lot of time to speak. Most questions were silly. The whole debate was boring. They talked and talked and talked without making any sense. The debate ended with Dr. Paul's excellent statement. People may remember that.
Jumping Junebugs..
Check this florida paper and if you look at all the other candidates they had falses(youll understand when you go here) in there bio.. but not Ron Paul.. He is our man folks .. No matter what you thought of tonight .. reguardless HE IS THE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE TO VOTE FOR.. So go tell someone about him and share the message of FREEDOM... please..

He needed to anticipate being relegated to the sidelines
as occurs in each debate. In the SC Fox debate he insisted on being allowed to answer the questions posed to the others (when Carl Cameron tried to ask some silly 9/11 truther question instead).
I am convinced an experienced media/debate preparer would help him immensely. He should insert himself into the debate, demand, not stridently of course, but insist on more equal time. Every other candidate got at least double the time and questions and in McCain's case triple or quadruple the time.
There aren't that many debates and not insisting on equal time is about the same as losing the thing.
I think it was one of his better, if not best performance
He spoke clearly and succinctly. I read the comments prior to watching the debate and I am watching it now - so far I am impressed.
I Agree-RP Did Great
I completely agree with Clipper. RP answered all the questions truthfully, understandably and correctly. He is a real honest guy and it shows. I know what he was referring to in the McCain question and the general public probably does not - but what I think they heard was - is it ok for the president to have a secretive group working to control our markets? McCain looked ridiculous and uncomfortable while he babbled on for what seemed like an eternity about his "many competent advisors."
Yes, why don't Phil Graham or Jack Kemp
run instead of McInsane? I just watched it again on the rerun and he had absolutely no clue what Dr. Paul was talking about. "We always want more sunshine" or some BS like that. What a joke!
research his question
President's working group on financial markets - over everyone's head maybe but he has given us a clue as to what we're really up against.

It was not even a debate. It
It was not even a debate. It was BORING and Romney's 30 sec were always longer than anyone else's so it seemed like he won the debate. RP was so good, but never had any time to talk and they NEVER cover his speeches so no one knows anything about him. I am depressed. The show was terrible. Russert tried to inject some good stuff into it, but the thing never came together other than a Romney McCain show. CFR knows it could never control Huck completely. It is so obvious they want who they are gonna get. Rom or Mc or Hil or Ob. It doesn't matter to them which.
For people who already committed to Paul, staying positive is
not important, but staying truthful is. If we can't call something negative we'll never learn to corrrect mistakes.
