You're very much welcome.

You're very much welcome.

It's a great short interview with the judge. To the point, exactly, as often.

Thank You for posting.

I thought he was smarter than this....

so, he thinks because Snowden is in Russia this makes him bad or something. Very simple minded or just playing to the press. And, then to say he could be picked up off the streets and kidnapped like this was ok; I don' think this Judge is very bright. Sorry...lost my support.

I understood the judge was politely denouncing, by anticipation

I understood the judge was politely denouncing, by anticipation, such attempts from big USSA government to workaround a delicate situation with today's big ex-USSR's government.

I think the judge is a smart man, in fact.

He doesn't trust ANY big government, here or there.

As I see it, he was only speculating on what a wanna-be tyrannic administration, here, might want to try against Edward Snowden, over there, in ex-USSR Russia.

The only thing I would maybe argue with the judge is about Edward ever getting a fair trial, even with (or especially because of...) the Supreme Court of today here!

Peace.

Amen.

Perfectly stated position. The irony, is that the fear Snowden had was of retribution by our government. Look at it in this context.. prior to 9/11, would the American people permitted this overreach of power?

As far as I can tell, the information he provided did not harm national security. It did alert 'We the People' of crimes being committed against us.

Just because people give up their rights in 'polls' doesn't mean that we give up rights in LAW.

Nobody has the right to take my rights away. Nobody. We have rights to protect us from each other... including mob rule.
