SHOCK POLL: Hillary Clinton, Biden Tops Lists Of Dem Voters DON'T Want In 2016

By PAUL BEDARD | AUGUST 6, 2013 AT 9:00 AM

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is on top of yet another poll today. But it's not the result her team was hoping for.

In a new Rasmussen Reports poll, Clinton tops five others as the one candidate voters don't want to win in 2016.

"Regardless of whom you would vote for, which candidate would you least like to see win the Democratic nomination in 2016? Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Martin O'Malley, Andrew Cuomo, Antonio Villaraigosa or Cory Booker?" Rasmussen asked.

The results: Clinton 27 percent, Biden 24 percent. The rest were in the 15 percent to 17 percent, reported Rasmussen. Women are more enthusiastic supporters of Clinton than men are. Men are more likely to hope she doesn't get the Democratic nomination.

It's a stupid poll. All the

It's a stupid poll. All the Biden supporters voted Clinton, and all the Clinton supporters voted Biden.

What a pathetic list of candidates...

I see from the list of candidates to choose from Joe Biden, Martin O'Malley, Andrew Cuomo, Antonio Villaraigosa, and Corey Booker? Each one of those candidates has a horrible track record. Why are Dems so good at failing up?

If Biden Were To Run

If Biden run, it would be one of the easiest GOP wins ever. Despite the results of this poll, I feel Hillary would be a lot tougher.

Its the way the question is asked

They put Biden and Clinton up against 3 essentially unknown people, of course they come out on top. If only 27 % don't want clinton, it means that 73 percent are fine with her as the nominee.

Right now I'd bet on a Clinton v Rand race for president, with Clinton winning big.

Depends on how many people wake up

I believe the opposite. If Rand Paul is the nominee, the GOP will win big because we will then get the most enthusiastic voters and energize the party. It will be the first time we haven't had a RINO in power in a long time. If Romney would have garnered the Libertarian votes, he would have won in spite of the election fraud. Libertarians also attract a certain segment of traditionally Democratic voters as well as many independents.

i would imagine

that the majority that voted that they didnt' want to see clinton on the ticket, would be republicans.

But how do we educate masses?
I was in another country where I met a person who had spent 7 yrs in Iraq. This person told me that this is the politician they feared the most and if she landed in this (out of country) town they would leave immediately.
