It's a first

This is officially the first time I didn't think Piers was not mentally handicapped.

Death to all pandas

Gamechanger?

It's all over the internet and cnn is pre-promoting it during commercials. I think it's a potential game-changer. Did you know that Dr Gupta was asked by Obama to be surgeon general? ( he declined ) Could this be the game-changer?

I don't want to speculate necessarily and won't get political but I think this is something that might be worth mentioning and that this president could suddenly appear in breaking news and be shown with a dozen ( or a hundred dozen ) doctors who all support mmj. He could sign an executive order tomorrow changing the class and that would change everything.

He could look right at the reporters and truthfully state, he's also been advised on this subject, that the evidence is indisputable and if he makes a mistake you can call him the worst president ever.

It would be a game changer not just in the us but world-wide in my opinion. Will this lead here before his term is over especially now with the type of medical backing that that particular team subscribes to?

It would be huge.

Taxes

These fools are just looking at the potential taxes they will rake in if it's legalized. If that's the case, I'd rather it stay black market.

yes!

The marijuana had that affect on him for his muscular disease? I got chills. +1 Sanjay, for owning up and being a man.

they need to stop

incarcerating marijuana users to make room for the libertarian "extremeists" they plan on rounding up next.

"If this mischievous financial policy [greenbacks], which has its origin in North America, should become endurated down to a fixture, then that government will furnish its own money without cost. It will pay off its debts and be without debts. It will hav

Sanjay Goop's "awakening"...

...while better than nothing, doesn't even begin to atone for his previous abominable statements on the issue.

Perhaps he should be reminded

Perhaps he should be reminded that atoning could simply mean joining the fight for legalization. Do the right thing.

What more do you want? Why

What more do you want? Why demonize him now for telling the truth? This is amazing and I am so proud of him and I also hope that Dr. Oz picks up on this since a lot of the older baby boomers and slightly younger watch him and look up to him. This is a win for liberty and you want to demonize him. If Lindsay Graham came out against the war tomorrow I would have no problem standing beside him. Because I'm not concerned with dwelling on mistakes made, only the truth. The truth is all that matters. Anything that promotes the cause of liberty is OK in my book. And anyone who promotes it is a friend of mine.

What more do I want?

Now that he's said what he's said, I want him to disappear, maybe immediately contract a horrible disease, and die an extremely painful death.

How's that for starters?

I'm NOT demonizing him for telling the truth (did you not read what I wrote?).

Instead, I'm demonizing a tool of big government who has enjoyed an ENORMOUS platform for many years, who used that platform to propagate lies and evil policies, and who now states that, while he spewed from that ENORMOUS platform for all those YEARS, he didn't really exercise the RESPONSIBILITY - to think and learn about what he's spewing - that comes with such a platform. It's darn near criminal.

He's got a LONG way to go before he can undo the damage his irresponsible speech has wrought.

Studies Show

Studies show that your feelings, as described, have an ill effect on your health.

If you can forgive, you'll feel better.

What do you think? http://consequeries.com/

Its freedom of speech, don't

Its freedom of speech, don't waste time foaming at the mouth about someone telling the truth, you hold a grudge over something way out of your control. All this is, is proof that in the end the truth wins.

That's fine...

...I'd also welcome an old Nazi war criminal, living in South America, coming out now and saying, "the Jews ain't so bad."

But I wouldn't forget or excuse the damage he did.

Any teenager in America can easily find it, now.

who cares,

if it loaded with medicinal properties, then who cares, humans of all ages get sick, and need medicines from time to time

and.....Sanjay is still an A-hole

being more reasonable about MJ doesn't excuse him for being an A-hole.

Well, at least he kept an open mind and found the truth

Changing one's opinion on this topic is quite a challenge, so for an actual "MD" to change his position on it is quite an impressive thing to see.

Once you get a puff taste of the truth, you can't go back :)

did you hear kanye west in the back "Obama hates black people"

CNN seems to forget all the black people and kids in prison not in rehab due to prohibition, nor do they even know why they like to use THC and CBDs in recreation, despite having all smoked it.

They are all brainless whimps being pulled by their collars to the next issue while they Yorik their own heads to admire their make up before being refilled with hot air and strung up again for prime brainwave zombie nazi killing time.

A true flower can not blossom without sunlight and a true man can not live without love.

It's all just another example of another Industrial Complex

Private money-making Prisons. It's a lucrative business to put people in cages especially when subsidized prisons need to keep an occupancy quota.

Just another point of Light exposing out-of-control capitalist corruption rampant in so many industries. We have every right to be angry at the revelations but we also need these revelations to point us in the right direction.

Don't worry, the same is happening with the Corporate Media as well. Independent/Citizen Media is booming and on the rise while the old dinosaurs of media think that "Going Mobile" will be enough to hide their Bullshiat! I work in Advertising so I have had my share of experiences dealing with Media clients who "just don't get it" and they won't because they have studied and worked in this type of system for their whole career. They don't know how to do anything else. You wouldn't believe the dumfounded looks some clients get when you tell them people are now sold on the truth and sense BS quicker than ever before. We've even lost some clients because they have lost so much money that they're taking their advertising in-house, which sucks for our business... but it makes me smile on the inside :)

There are positive changes taking place every day and everywhere. Let's place our focus on things that perpetuate this momentum of change and not waste our tempers and energy on the things we all know no longer work. Ignore them. Make them obsolete, even if only in your own mind.

that doctor is a whack-job

and they didn't even touch the subject of young people having their lives ruined by being imprisoned for a harmless drug that the government classifies as more dangerous than cocaine. No parent WANTS their kids to use drugs, but even more than that, I don't want my kid being thrown in a jail cell over something that is less dangerous than a cocktail or a cigarette.

No the USSA will not decriminalize

the "black money" is keeping the "black ops" going. NSA (et.al) NEED that money to keep the spying going. Geeze YT don't you understand, we need the war on drugs! Anything less would harm "national security" don't ya know. (sarc)

Wonder WHO'S agenda he is pushing???
There are two sides to the drug coin...who uses?...who mops up?

What is the reference point

for your suspicion of an agenda being pushed?

100s of millions

of Dollars, and Mr Media Man of the Moment delivering the "news".

Does Mr Media Man

hope to get some of these millions?

If you have shares in the right

pharmaceutical company, you bet!

Does Mr Media Man

own such shares?

Hmmm... Was Monsanto just awarded a patent on pot?

You got to wonder what's up when two tow-the-line, propaganda network douches, like Piers and Sanjay come out in support of marijuana.

AND we just learned the NSA is sharing information with the DEA! Possible connection?
