Ron paul himself said it
"They thought all along that they could call me a libertarian and hang that label around my neck like an albatross, but I'm not a libertarian." - Rand Paul
Simple Facts and Plain Arguments
A common sense take on politics and current events.
but that's hardly all the time:
Rand is more articulate, Ron is more principled.
I'll take the latter.
I must be willing to give up what I am in order to become what I will be. Albert Einstein
of his son. what father wouldn't be? when rand can draw thousands of passionate college students time after time who hang on his every word, and chant: end the fed, president paul then you could say he gets the ideas across as well. i don't see that ever happening. more like a republican crowd chanting usa usa like the mccain/palin run with a taste of tempered libertarian appeal against, say the nsa, but even then he can't really give credit to snowden or manning or he'd lose that crowd. sad to say, but i thought the guys filling in for kokesh were right on the money, and nader's article that proceeded it was a good critique as well. it will interesting to watch and see if rand continues trying to keep playing both sides. i'd say he's going to have to take a stand somewhere along the way. i think it's going to be a long and tedious 3 years.
Stand with rand
