The Ed Show - Voting RightsSubmitted by Woodman101 on Sat, 08/17/2013 - 18:34
I made the mistake of channel surfing today. I ended up watching the inflammatory marks of the Clown Ed. I think it's the Ed Show?? Doesn't really matter. My point is I watched a sappy sales pitch of why we are just going to love Obamacare, yet he failed to address the monthly premiums for those with preexisting conditions or copay costs. He couldn't begin to tell the consumer what Obamacare means for someone that will pay for their healthcare, be it the self employed, what have you, but consider someone with a preexisting condition, do you think the insurance industry is going to keep the monthly premiums? I mean it would be one thing in Obamacare if people were blind to the insurance industry in that the insurance industry could not tell which person required the healthcare needs, or they could tell someone their monthly copay would be $20.00 but they can't so they try and sell it like a used car salesman.
They went on to talk about Rand Paul and the Voting Rights issue. I know Rand Paul is a champion for the Constitution and therefore civil liberties, and everybody understands (one would hope, but this is not true) it comes down to voting integrity, but MSNBC chose to spin the issue. A few observations,
1. They tried to portray Rand Paul as a hypocrite on civil liberties because he wants to ensure voting integrity and require proof with identification.
2. The banner on the bottom of the screen (which MSNBC has the ability to monitor) flashed what you would think were random tweets, one saying Rand is a champion of white supremacy, another claiming he is a racist, and on and on. Was a shame that the news would resort to this, but it is clear, as they whined about the GOP banning debates from CNN and MSNBC because of their blatant glorification of the Queen Hillary.
Shameful I tell you Ed, the Clown, the used car salesman, and to you MSNBC, you lamestream Progressive Piece of Trash.
