By Blake Neff 08/20/13 | The Hill

Miranda will argue that the police’s confiscation of his laptop, USB flash drives and other items was illegal, and that he wants them returned.

Oh goodie, please, feel free

Oh goodie, please, feel free to go into as much detail as you please......oh, goodluck, hope you bankrupt the system(jk), barring that, let the uk citizens, those that care.....KNOW

I predict a hypocritical response, then again the brit politicians can be very snakey sometimes, this will be interesting.......might be educational, in regards to uk's "position", in all regards of its meaning

I believe that Mr. Miranda knows a pretty good lawyer...

to represent him, and his name is Glenn Greenwald.

Good for him.

All the best Mr. Miranda.

wouldn't catch me in the UK

wouldn't catch me in the UK again. I wonder how many more trips he'll have to make to the UK for his lawsuit. May not be so lucky to get out next time.
