Bill Would Hugely Expand Tax Burden On Gun Owners

Writing for Ammoland, Max McGuire, of Sanity Politics, informs us that early this month, Congressman Danny K. Davis (D-IL), along with co-sponsor Rep. A federal sales tax?

That's a bunch of bureaucracy to even handle siphoning the money that direction. Is there anything else that has a federal sales tax in your average sporting goods store?

Defend Liberty!

I wish more people

would ask the questions; "how does another tax increase lead to safety?" "What will the tax revenue be spent on?" Oh wait, that would mean that people actually gave a shit where their money is going! tee hee silly me

Maybe people here could take a page from the 'liberals' and call this racist, since it would mean the poor would have less access to firearms. And most poor people are black and brown, so boom! Racist.

That's the angle I'm go for when I discuss firearms with 'liberals'. I do what they do and call everything racist until they agree with me. It only works with white people though, since nobody else cares about being called racist.

It makes me die a little inside when I do it, but when logic and reason aren't enough...there always the good old appeal to emotion tactic.
