Start a business?

I've got 39 years in small business so it's too late for me. If I had to do it over again, I'd have done it all differently, never a business with employees.

The free advice is do it all yourself and don't ever think about hiring anybody.

It's old fashion, stinks and will stain towels, but the fastest cure for skin problems on the market.

Good Luck! Starting a business is a beautiful thing and truly a blessing to society.

Whether you agree with him or not, when you get some capital, I suggest running ads on Alex Jone's radio show. There is a good market for products like yours.

Soon as you seel a "cure"

you come under FDA jurisdiction. And they hate herbal therapies.

Not to discourage you but seek out some folks with experience in the matter. There's been a lot of success robbed by these fine folks.

More generally? Don't risk more than you can lose. You have your land as a fallback.

I'd like to offer some free technical systems and marketing advice at the right point. I can steer you around at least some of the pitfalls.

Be brave, be brave, the Myan pilot needs no aeroplane.

You might also consider natural insect control products.

I purchased mine locally from Home Depot and WalMart will soon be carrying it. However, it seems a good match with the direction you are taking and I am very pleased with the product.

While the protection is only good for a couple of days, the product is inexpensive and safe for both you and pets. I apply it using a paper towel and no gloves.

Manufacturing in the U.S. is very nearly a crime.

Puritan and Swanson's

Have you talked to the two biggest vitamin and natural supplements catalog companies, Puritan and Swansons?

Your products are very specialized. I'm certain they will be of the highest quality and do exactly what you say they'll do and I'm sure they'll do it quite well.

The market for people looking for highly specialized products like these who demand the kind of quality you are selling is quite small. So, you have to get to where those people will be looking and Puritan and Swanson is the best place I can think of who also have a huge marketing list.

Just being honest, I would probably not buy because when I need something like this I either get it from CVS or online from puritan or swanson where I can batch my purchase and get shipping deals or other batch discounts.

Other places to look might be Whole Foods, Sprouts, Trader Joe's and stores like that.

thanks for the info.

One of the things I wanted to start with first is medicinal replacements. I don't think i'll be doing any vitamin stuff, just skin/hair treatment. It's a huge market that is going through the roof over the next 10 years. Plus, as more people become conscious of the chemical cesspool that is sold in most stores, the alternatives will continue to increase. It is definitely a scary time to be in business in the USA, as fascism has taken hold of the government/regs for quite some time.

Most likely, i'll have to raise some capital once a trial has been completed. I have worked to raise money before, and it's not easy and is quite complicated and expensive.

They sell this stuff through their catalogues.

It's really important to understand your market and way to reach the maximum number of people.

they sell hair/skin treatments as well

It isn't just vitamins...

There is a market for the types of things you are offering but there is competition. ALways good to look at the competition.
