Want to stop this war in its tracks? Picket the homes and local offices of government officials

The sight of even 10 people picketing someone's home will have a far stronger effect than a million picketing Congress.

THANK YOU!!! YES!!! This has been my advice to all the Occupy Wall Streeters etc. I meet.

where on earth do any of them live?

Ha Ha!

This makes me think of the reply Granger sent to you the other day--who me...what? :) You don't do that, do you?

Just google for their office location. Probably on their website. You should be able to find their home address in the city directory at the local library in the city or county of their residence.

also check

your city website and do a property tax record search, or seek to pay your(their) tax bill. This will give all property in their name. This will usually provide you with info on your representative because he is local. Senators may be a little more difficult if you don't know the city or county of residence.
The city directory that I mention above isn't a phone book. It has all stable city residents listed along with their address.

I guess I don't see the humor--

DP used to feel safe to me; I've been called a 'troll', a paid agent and a 'hater' too many times in the last week alone--and the person you mention is one of them--

I've been skulking around, which isn't very noble--it would be a different matter if I were physically strong right now, but I'm not--I'm just an older person who is all used up who has ideas, so I keep coming back--but I'm not sure anyone wants to hear my ideas anymore, and I'm not sure I even have confidence in my own ideas anymore--

Not safe anymore. Not that safe matters, but *we* humans do look for some kind of community; DP was mine for a long time--and I lost it recently--so why am I still posting?

Not sure--compulsive, I guess--

I'd need to get a group together; unfortunately, spouse and I are the only Ron Paul supporters we even know of in our area--

the people we go to church with voted for McCain and Romney--and we got to where we couldn't talk to them anymore--

there was a RP sticker on a car a while back; we followed them, hoping to find out who they were, but we lost them--

pathetic, eh?

It's a long story, and I won't 'share' it on here--

it's hard to be awake; it's easier to dream--

I just thought her reply was funny

My sense of humor ranges from silly to bizzare. Just seems it's damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Your ideas are always welcome with me. I've thought about starting a group, but I'm all over the place to be able to manage it, and I don't know if that many people would participate. After next week I don't think I'll be on here that much for a while.

I'm not offended--

I probably don't belong on a discussion board anymore, and I do understand about sense of humor--

I see humor in things that others might feel are inappropriate--

it's hard to be awake; it's easier to dream--

I'm with you...

I was talking to some

I was talking to some youngster the other day about how "they" want to reduce the population, sterilize people, etc. She said it was not really that horrible of an idea because people are causing lots of trouble in this world. I had to laugh.'
I think picketing homes is a terrific idea. It always seems to really make them mad and make them think.

hey man

your words sound like my own testimony>
and I for one,am not too happy reading
about another,especially here
If you will take it, But a word of advice.Don not let the piranhas
here or anywhere see a weakness, they do what they do,and attack when
the defenses are at the lowest
We left church for the very same reasons you posted, what we found were war mongering christians, who put themselves above the creators creation, and by doing so,placed themselves above muslims, and all other denominations
and churches.
And one is our state rep!!
I have tried, but failed to enlighten them,so I brushed my feet off,and we left
We met one family in our immediate area with a RP sign in their yard, she works for Bob Evans, got to be pretty good friends,we make it a point to go
just to see her, always with a smile, but we could care less to eat their food

If we deny truth before your very eyes, then the rest of what we have to say,is of little consequence

You are in good company....

Many here, myself included still like you... But you are in good company with those accusations. In the past two weeks I have watched many of my comments go very much into the negative, mostly associated with the in flux of the stormfront folks.

Don't let it get you down... And don't ever take Granger seriously... :)

thank you, everyone, for the kind . . .

These people do not represent us in the corridors of power; they *hide* from us.

We must make it personal, because it *is*.

What would the Founders do?

Thats a good one, but...

hard as hell for me to get one or two people to go out and get petitions signed.

Thanks for the suggestion. It really is a good one.

True, but

If we don't hang together, we may hang separately.

Excellent point.
