USA Found Guilty of Facilitating Chemical Weapons Attack on Syrian Civilians? What's the Punishment?

The evidence US paid mercenaries and Al-Qaeda Rebels in Syria have conducted chemical weapons attack on Syrian civilians indicates, the USA has civilian blood on its hands.

What punishment should the USA suffer for its role in the WMD attack?

UN Official, Syrian Rebels Used Sarin Nerve Gas, Not Assad’s Army

"Testimony from victims now strongly suggests it was the rebels, not the Syrian government, that used Sarin Nerve Gas during a recent incident in the revolution-wracked nation, a senior UN diplomat said Monday.
Carla del Ponte, a member of the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Syria, told Swiss TV there were “strong, concrete suspicions but not yet incontrovertible proof,” that rebels seeking to oust Syrian President Bashar al-Assad had used the nerve agent.
But she said her panel had not yet seen any evidence of Syrian government forces using chemical weapons (CW), according to the BBC, she added that more investigation was needed.
Damascus is facing growing Western accusations that its forces used such weapons, which US President Obama has described as crossing a Red Line. But Ms. del Ponte’s remarks may serve to shift the focus of international concern."

This does not belong on the front page. The first sentence of the article is not even written in proper English. The author provides ZERO proof the rebels conducted the attack. The author of this article has not proven anything. This article is just as full of shit as the people who claim there is all kind of evidence that the Assad government carried out the attack. You make everyone who visits this website look like a complete fucking moron by linking this piece of garbage article to the front page. I am so fucking sick of people on this website claiming to have evidence and proof of something, only to be completely full of shit. Yet, it is linked to the front page anyways, as if the information was credible. It is not credible. Quit making everyone who visits this website look like a gullible fucking moron. You all need to be a lot more careful of the kinds of articles you're linking to the front page. You guys are making libertarians look stupid.

The author of this article

The author of this article knows exactly what he is writing and the impact it will have. The author assumes the Syrian government is innocent in this pretext to WW3, given the plethora of false flag operations the US government has carried out in its past. The Author understands the geo-political mercantile forces behind the push toward war with Syria. It is the intention of the author to deny the filthy forces the benefit of war plunder at the cost of We the People.

2 wrongs don't make a right

While I agree with your position, promoting it with false information hurts the cause more than helps. While I believe the rebels probably were responsible for the chemical attack and am eagerly looking for proof if it, nothing in those videos provides any proof.

Now everyone who thinks we're crazy can point to posts like this as evidence that our claims are only held up with misleading evidence.

Perception can cut both ways.

Perception can cut both ways, whether or not it's real.

is questionable and should be shelved ..

The best I can tell from other sources is that Carla del Ponte's

Comments pertain to the chemical attack earlier this year (march/april), you know, the first time Obama and the media tried waving the "attack Syria" flag. Regardless of that, I still fully believe that rebels are to blame for this attack, possibly the hundreds we trained in Jordan that got released into Syria just days before this latest attack.

China could render Satellite space unusable for decades.

China Tests Anti-Satellite Weapon
statement by David Wright, co-director of the Global Security Program at the Union of Concerned Scientists

"China's January 11, 2007 test of a kinetic energy anti-satellite (ASAT) weapon apparently destroyed a defunct Chinese satellite by slamming into it.

The Chinese satellite that was destroyed had a mass of 750 kilograms and was orbiting at an altitude of 850 kilometers. The collision would be expected to completely fragment the satellite into millions of pieces of debris: nearly 800 debris fragments of size ten centimeters or larger, nearly 40,000 debris fragments with size between one and ten centimeters, and some 2 million fragments of size one millimeter or larger. At the very high speeds these debris particles would have, particles as small as one millimeter can be very destructive. While shielding on satellites can help protect against small particles, most satellites do not carry such shielding. Moreover, shielding is not effective against debris larger than about one centimeter in size.

"The altitude of this test was of particular concern for two reasons. First, because of the low atmospheric density at that altitude, half of the debris larger than one centimeter would remain in orbit for a decade or longer. Moreover, the orbital region around 900 kilometers is very heavily used by satellites for both civil and military uses, which are threatened by the added debris.

"The Chinese test was similar to the U.S. test of a kinetic energy ASAT weapon that destroyed a U.S. scientific satellite in September 1985, the last time such a test was conducted by any country. The U.S. test took place at 525 kilometers altitude."

did you just now find out or...?

Why put this here? Not sure why you would put an article of a different topic in here.

If anybody is relying on the Government to do the right thing

God Help them. They have forsaken the truth.

It's not the first time.

American government implicated in the most heinous and massive chemical weapon attacks in history. Foreign Policy Exclusive: CIA Files Prove America Helped Saddam as He Gassed Iran. The U.S. knew Hussein was launching some of the worst chemical attacks in history —and still gave him a hand.

And now the Washington scumbags are on their high horse about an alleged and unproved use of chemical weapons by Assad in Syria.

Impeachment Time

And our Police Officers should march right into Congress and arrest like 90 percent of them, including Obama's handlers.

Leniency for whistle blowers who make public information about criminal behavior of government officials.

The crime is murder by government not running a red light.

The crimes against the

The crimes against the American people are so numerous. At least we have a nice long list to throw at them in court before their hanging.

John Wilkes Booth was a criminal assassin.

He thwarted due process. Lincoln should have had his day in court.

"Due process" is overrated.

when "government" provides your legal system and laws. Injustice can be institutionalized and codified -- and it is, every day. Anyone who disobeys a politician is a "criminal." But not necessarily a bad person.

Too bad Booth didn't violate "due process" a few years earlier.

Despite its frequent TACTICAL disadvantages...

..due process still possesses great PR value. Those who are sober and reflective enough to at least consider the evil twin argument can take strategic comfort from a culture that prefers deliberation to haste.

False alternative.

Is it any tragedy that Lincoln received a bullet instead of the "due process" that "the law" says he is entitled to? Sometimes it isn't a question of deliberation vs. haste; it's a question of justice vs. NO justice/tyranny/injustice.

The "culture" which prefers "deliberation" to "haste" is fed to us in government schools, which offer the false alternative of crazed lynch mobs, as opposed to our "deliberative" legal system. Think about who benefits from all the "due process" built into our legal system. It's not the defendant, who is denied speedy justice. It's not the victim of the crime, likewise. The people who benefit are the lawyers, who NOT coincidentally, comprise most of "our elected representatives, who MAKE the laws requiring more and more "due process." Think of "due process" as code words meaning "more money for lawyers, and screw everybody else."

Have you heard the saying "justice delayed is justice denied"?

Yeah, right. "Due Process"

Yeah, right. "Due Process" involves deliberation over haste only in the rare event where it benefits "them".

Obama has announced...

With the new information available he intends to see those responsible brought to justice.

Clearly, the leakers in Syria are as responsible for the crimes as the criminals themselves so he will be moving forward with plans to strike strategic targets in Syria. But he has now increased the scope to include all red states within the US as a punitive action against the Republicans who must be responsible.

In other news, the Republicans agree with Obama's course of action, and only disagree about the color of the states to target. Republicans think there would be more to gain by targeting blue states.
