Would RP use the Military Commissions Act??

I know the answer is that it would be repealed immediately and deemed unconstitutional, but I wish just to prove a point, and to show the American people how dangerous it can be when you dont pay attention to what the government is doing right in front of your noses, he would throw Bush and all of his boys in a detention center that they built. I wish they would all be labeled enemy combatants and thrown in jail indefinitely. I wish that he would use the NSA and have a 24 hour video feed on everything in the detention center. Hows that for spying?
I wonder if this has ever crossed their minds? We must win. We must be ready to hit the streets.
