My daughter ripped her toenail out (or children are the worst actors).Submitted by wolfe on Fri, 08/30/2013 - 20:47
I want to start off by saying that I am NOT a fan of the whole crisis actor theory on much of anything. It is something that has to be proven to me.
But, having said that. I want to say something to all of the parents out there.
When my daughter was about 5, she misjudged a swinging door at a gas station, so she pulled it over her toe, tearing her toe nail up and almost completely off.
After this, I had to take her home, disinfect, clean and repair as best as I could what was left of the top of her toe and then tie it up with a bandage.
She wasn't just in pain, she was hysterical, experiencing a form of shock from the pain and the gruesomeness of it all. I won't go into the gory details, but I have never heard shrieking like that in my life and to keep her calm enough to even do first aid was almost impossible.
Once the initial effects had worn off, the pain and suffering was still very visible in her eyes and on her face...
Compare that to "chemical" and "ballistic" attacks on these children...
"[cough]it hurt[cough]... I lost my mommy and daddy...[with relatively little emotion]"
I am NOT going to dig into this any deeper. But for all the parents that have watched their children go through both pain and loss. Do these children in the video ops resemble them in any way?
