Even a blind hog finds a nut now and then. This is encouraging, though. Hopefully Obama encounters more resistance in Congress - "petty partisan politics," as he's sure to denounce it - than he anticipated when he undertook this public-relations ploy.

Of course, Obama did reserve the right to do whatever he wants, with or without Congress' consent. Obama, like so many presidents before him, is poised to follow in the footsteps of Lincoln by unilaterally inciting a war which the people would never have declared on their own.

Grayson has a petition against US involvement in Syria - please sign. Others have posted or mentioned below, but adding to keep it going.

Use Grayson's points to persuade liberals

Rep. Grayson's talking points are that he opposes a Syrian war because-
1) Syria is not our responsibility
2) Syrian involvement will be expensive
3) and dangerous
4) and no matter what we do in Syria, it won't accomplish anything useful
5) Our politicians are not international judges, jury, and executioners.

Liberals will not listen to Cruz, Amash, Lee, or the Pauls. That is why it is necessary to oppose the war in the words of Kucinich or Grayson when relating to Obama/Hillary supporters.

...I do...

I listen to those people...I guess that isn't typical behavior of liberals, but real democrats know Obama is a corporatist and a war monger. It's the establishment, party-line voters we need to convince on both sides.

Yes I agree...It's the

Yes I agree...It's the republicans in the House I fear more.Who knows what they are going to do.

Link to original story below. I have heard nothing about this on mainstream press.

Really good to see Alan

Really good to see Alan Grayson back in congress. We lost two important members of congress last election cycle - Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul. Massie, Rand, Sanders, Grayson, Amash, and Warren to an extent, have taken over as bodies' collective conscience...

She's Like a Relentless Salesperson

What would it take to put you into a new car today? What would it take to get you involved in a war with Syria? And she just won't take "no" for an answer.

It was appalling how relentless ...

I think the interview would have been much better if she just came out and asked him what it would take to get him involved in a war with Syria. She then could have inquired what options would he prefer ... Do you prefer cruise missile control? On board tactical precision GPS strikes? Troop economy or full on the ground troop horsepower? etc.

She'd Be One Tough Cookie

...were she a Girl Scout ringing doorbells. "The President says the mint cookies are deadly delicious, what do you mean you don't want to try them? What about peanut butter? He says they're like WMDs. Are you chicken or something?"

Syria is a world problem and

Syria is a world problem and any military action should be handled through the United Nations.

C'mon now. Who controls the

C'mon now. Who controls the UN and the security council? Obama isn't losing support because he is American but because Obama administration he is a loose cannon gone amuck.

I think you folks missed my

I think you folks missed my point. The US is not the world's policeman. The UN is supposed to represent its members and their interests. If the UN cannot, or will not, enforce their own laws then what is the point of having the UN in the first place? The UN is a bad joke and is a waste of money and resources -- it may be time to disband it and relegate it to the history books.

This is a liberal civil war

the left wing media sounds like neo cons as it attacks one of their own.

Watch Her Face @ the Very End of the Segment

A very pouty, frowny face.. It did not go "as planned"

Most of these talking heads ...

... are just frothing at the mouth for war.

I thought Chris Wallace was gonna lose his sh&t the other day when his guests were not demanding war immediately.

One of these days he's just going to explode....

...and splatter horse%hit all over the walls of the studio.

Excellent job, Rep. Grayson!!

So glad to see you back! I loved your cool logic against this media shill.

Debbie

Why do the American people

Why do the American people have to pay to police the world forever?

Even tho Grayson is wrong on lots of issues, he makes up for...

...it by slamming the Federal Reserve and being against interventionism in foreign affairs.

On these things Grayson is excellent and I'm glad he was re-elected.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."

Good Job Alan

Clear concise responses by Alan. Put that MSNBC witch in her place.

Alex Witt

A good government employee, doing their will, and getting owned. He did an awesome joB of making her look like government lap dog, and a fool.

How do we eliminate

How do we eliminate Al-Qaeda's continued use of chemical weapons?

Oh, That's EASY!

Quit selling chemical weapons to them. Quit supporting this CIA 'list'.

If that doesn't work, simply turn Saudi Arabia in to one of those famed 'glass parking lots'.

Why do WE care if these people want to use these things on each other using our money and support and supply lines?

What happened in WACO, by the way? How about 'AGENT ORANGE'? Monsanto? Stratospheric Geo-engineering? Fluoridation of the water supplies?

Go ahead, WE. Tell us how, Micheal.
