Welcome to the New and Improved Daily Paul

Did you feel it? Did you feel the shift?

We're not going to bomb Syria. I think the danger has passed, at least for the moment.

America can't go it alone. It would shred any last doubt among the still sleeping masses that Obama was no different from GWB. And then the whole jig would be up. They can't afford that right now. Their credibility as a legitimate governing force is hanging by a thread.

Will the American people stand up again? I feel optimistic that we can.

I sense big changes coming. Others are feeling them, and they are being expressed in interesting ways here at the Mother Ship, amongst old friends.

Be patient, friends, with yourself, and with your friends here on the DP.

Raise the bar.

Sending out my love to you.

Damn you, Michael.

I hate to like this song.

Thank you Michael! That is a beautiful song from Simon and

Garfunkel which I haven't heard before. They had such a lovely harmony. They sing about sitting on the park bench when they're 70, and that's about their age now!

I think the American people can stand up again and I feel the big changes coming too. I agree we should be patient, and we should raise the bar. And let's keep the Mother Ship on a steady course through the turbulence ahead!

Thanks and love to you,

Wow - you never heard it before?

Now I'm doubly glad that I shared it. It is from their 1968 album Bookends, released a month before I was born! The whole album definitely goes down as one of the all time greats in my pantheon of great albums.

Can you imagine us years from today
Sharing a park bench, quietly?
How terribly strange to be 70...

They had their rough times, old Simon & Garfunkel. They broke up as a duo and went there separate ways. There was some animosity. I hope they've put it all behind by now, as I hope that all of us here on the DP can do likewise, not attack one another, but rather see our common bonds.

Here's another song from the album, on a subject that is near and dear to all of our hearts.

Thank you Debbie. My love to you.

He's the man.

Thank you, that's a great song; I know that one!

That subject is near and dear - people were starting to be free but they didn't know enough - maybe because of no internet. Maybe because the economy was still (seemingly) great. But the seeds were definitely planted. And here we are . . .

In ninth grade and Saginaw was 30 minutes North

In 1969 Sr. Carmelita OP lent me her copy and Wednesday Morning 3AM. I Made a reel to reel.

Silence like a cancer grows...

The day's lesson. I see that blackboard today.
Hello darkness, my old friend
I've come to talk with you again
Because a vision softly creeping
Left its seeds while I was sleeping
And the vision that was planted in my brain
Still remains
Within the sound of silence

In restless dreams I walked alone
Narrow streets of cobblestone
'Neath the halo of a street lamp
I turned my collar to the cold and damp
When my eyes were stabbed by the flash of a neon light
That split the night
And touched the sound of silence

And in the naked light I saw
Ten thousand people, maybe more
People talking without speaking
People hearing without listening
People writing songs that voices never share
And no one dared
Disturb the sound of silence

"Fools", said I, "You do not know
Silence like a cancer grows
Hear my words that I might teach you
Take my arms that I might reach you"
But my words, like silent raindrops fell
And echoed
In the wells of silence

And the people bowed and prayed
To the neon god they made
And the sign flashed out its warning
In the words that it was forming
And the sign said, "The words of the prophets are written on the subway walls
And tenement halls"
And whispered in the sounds of silence.

Paul, I think you will appreciate this version.

Perhaps, Micheal.

Unfortunately, the current situation is in flux at the moment.

There are several other possibilities to consider, Mr. Nystrom.

The game of Chess and the art of sword fighting have several things in common. A couple of these terms might be recognized by all. FEINT, and PARRY.

As I understand, a 'feint' is pretending to do a maneuver, and if your opponent flinches, then go for the jugular.
A 'parry', on the other hand, is the art of changing tactics if your opponent counters your 'feint' in a manner that MAY bring you off balance.

SYRIA IS an important NEXT target (NOT the PRIMARY one, but important, nonetheless). It is one of the 'lynchpins' of the larger operation. Don't ask me to go into details here (blogs are insufficient vehicles to explain the 'groundwork').

I fear that your optimism may be misguided in this matter. i wish otherwise.

I too, very much appreciate this site!

I appreciate your caution, but I'm not sure you understand the elation of what has been won.

On one hand yes a war has been stopped by diplomacy. And I agree it's not over.

But I think the bigger war of exposing deception has won a MAJOR battle that has been going on forever and folks here became organized to fight for it when they saw Dr. Paul Champion it.

The war of deception has suffered greatly in the last two weeks. And I don't think anyone here, I certainly don't, think they will go quietly into the night.

But it is certainly a celebration that People aren't booing people that are standing up for the principles of the Golden Rule. And Russia and Sane people have had that dialog on MSM. It's a big deal for humanity when former TV heads start to stand up and think for themselves

Old friends, new beginings, trudging the happy road to destiny

I have not posted in a while, I miss the days of the early campaign and the real hope and change we were working toward. I am frustrated today, I am still dealing with my taxes (on extension, due the 15th), a really overbearing school board(which I am trying to change), predators on the farm (loosing organic fed pullets right before they start to lay is VERY expensive),and a crazy hectic schedule that has me and my wife driving around WAY more than we want to. I was ready to buy tickets to Iceland today, let the sheep out for good and grab the bugout bags. Anywho, this post gave me some inspiration! I cant stand Granger. I love Mark Twain, I wish I knew how to do posts like his. I love the posts about local community liberty activism, I cant stand the police brutality posts, nor the posts about stupid crap (like Hanna Montana). I like good food, clean water, clear days, and my family. I love bluegrass, free staters, and living where I am left alone. I love posts about liberty grassroots folks running for office and trying to make a difference!

Don't give up hope.

I'm glad I could give you some amount of inspiration.

Thank you for sharing. It is important to share. We all affect the world, not only with our actions, but with our thoughts as well. Thoughts are things and they make an impact. Share them and watch them grow.

If there are people you can't stand on here, you can ignore them. Go to their account and click 'Block User' and you won't see their posts or comments.

The negative posts are indeed a downer. But I think for now, we do indeed have something small to celebrate.

He's the man.

The folks at the Daily Paul are finally on the side off the...

side of the masses. It's something to be optimistic about.

Deep down everyone is Libertarian.

I did feel the shift...

But I thought I was just happy to see you

RE: The Question

"Will the American people stand up again?"

Someone once wrote some wise shit:

"[A]ll experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed"

Are we there yet or should I keep cheering whenever anyone gets to taste a slice of the cake of tyranny they have helped bake?

Congressional approval...

is in the spotlight now, which is good for the side of diplomacy and peace.

If Kerry and the administration go to war without the consent of the American constituency this time, they are finished!

I hope and pray you are right

that there is a 'tipping point of awakening' that once reached, will grow exponentially.

What we need to remember is that what is madness to ordinary people is a 'business plan' for the Ruling Elite; and a very profitable one at that. Through all the chaos, death and destruction caused by these evil ones 'they' do not seem to be suffering all that much.

If Wars Can Be Started by Lies, They Can Be Stopped By Truth.

I sure hope you are right! with Kerry's Ultimatum

I still wonder if The Current Occupants of the oval Office will try to start the war without Congressional approval.

I hope not.

Congress stepped on the crack, broke the Motherlands back.

It happened in 1861 and 1913. Congress is good for nothing but wasting borrowed money and taxing and looting and making life miserable for millions.

Next step is to toss the Lincoln's Union into the trashbin of history and restore the Republic of 1835.

In 1835, every 4 people held 1 Penny of Federal Debt and the monster bank had been vanquished.

I see it too.

But unfortunately the change is not coming about for the right moral reasons. It is only coming about because most folks see this could affect their personal pocket books. There are far more important moral reasons to oppose any actions like Syria.

If I disappear from a discussion please forgive me. My 24-7 business requires me to split mid-sentence to serve them. I am not ducking out, I will be back later to catch up.

But, Ron Paul was right, it's none of our business.

If each generation gets one thing right, it's a miracle.

Free includes debt-free!

Absolutely Paul

I completely agree with Ron. One time I was walking by the home of a married couple I had become familiar with through my circle of friends. They were out in the front yard fighting, He kept pushing her down very hard to the ground as he advanced towards her with his fists doubled threatening to punch her lights out.

The whole time she was screaming bloody murder and crying for help. So I jumped in and engaged him to give her time to get away. When she saw me do this she jumped up and started to beat me to death from behind.

I ended up having to run for my life from the both of them because they had joined to eliminate me as a third party that should not have got involved in the first place no matter how wrong the Husband was. This will be the exact same situation with Syria.

If I disappear from a discussion please forgive me. My 24-7 business requires me to split mid-sentence to serve them. I am not ducking out, I will be back later to catch up.

Governments on the offense kill for no good reason.

You engaged, when she didn't run away, you had evidence that it was none of your business.

I can't imagine you standing by while he pummeled her.

Maybe, it was just the thing that was needed to distract them both.

Maybe she wanted to kick his ass and was afraid you would finish the job.

Free includes debt-free!

All good points Paul

You are right, my western John Wayne style upbringing would not let me keep from trying to help her. I found out the reason why she joined in retaliation against me as time went by after the incident happened Paul, it turned out she liked to be beaten up by men. How would one guess this unforseen factor? Could it be that a similar thing is the case in Syria?

If I disappear from a discussion please forgive me. My 24-7 business requires me to split mid-sentence to serve them. I am not ducking out, I will be back later to catch up.

I leave you free, you reward me with honesty. Thanks, JR.

I hear your words, and I understand your concern.

After a Peace pipe and a Council between both halves of my brain, I have these clues to share with you.

There are 5 languages of emotional satisfaction.

Physical touch, Acts of Service, Affirming Words, Quality time and Gifts.

I get emotional satisfaction from a sturdy handshake or a Russian hug. When we care enough, we learn to speak another's 'foreign' language, so to speak.

Easing your distress is a Service, I can try to provide, Duke. ;-)

The problem here, IMO, is not that her language is Touch or his Service but nutritional deficiency has brought on this abhorrent behavior.

I suspect that you were an answer to a prayer. What did you see in his eyes?

He would not do her the service of producing the trauma that stimulates production of the neuro-transmitter dopamine in the blood. Is she a tattoo lady. He went outside.

Cholesterol and 2 essential fatty acids and 88 other nutrients, she needs to produce a stable supply of neurotransmitters and healthy babies.

You spoke his language and did him a service. Did she pummel you, or was she thanking you (with hard touch) for preventing her loved one from hurting his soul?

Embarrassment then took over, but your job was done anyway. You get a dose of confusion for your effort.

I didn't answer right away because I was stumped. I'm still guessing about everything except the nutritional part. I could't see it.

The elite's malnourishment has left them insane. So in one sense, Syria is the work of crazy people with too much power. The President is going grey because he has a copper deficiency, maybe varicose or spider veins. Mad cow disease is a copper deficiency, sheep and humans get it and it can be remedied by copper supplementation. The body of smoker's use up copper to turn nicotine into Vitamin B3 & B6, which are calming.

You can buy the Healthy Start Pack from my site. You buy direct, all online or by phone. (I get a piece (8%)).

It will help with that 'bump' on your head and turn your greying hair dark again. You see Judge Nap's hair, now compared to a couple of years ago?.

Use my DP contact, drop me an email. I can give you a call. It's Free for me after 9 EST. ('Reach out and Touch someone, LOL.)

How you might help them, I don't see it. But I hope this helps you.

I had no idea Paul

I had no idea that Nutrition could affect the brain chemicals in such a way. Simply amazing and highly probable. I was wondering how you were doing with that project. Dad has been keeping a very good eye on his mineral intake and has been doing very well, I have you to thank and I will come and visit your site for more knowledge my friend. Thank You!
