Ghoulani was in on the sting.

He'll rot in jail if RP gets in.
Maybe that is RP price.
Putin had to promise Yeltsin a get out of jail card for Yeltsin to step down.

Watch and feel the power!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is total vindication for Dr. Paul I mean who would have thought exactly one year ago that the Ghoul would be out and Ron would be thinking big for Super Tuesday!

Did you notice?

There has been so much talk about the infamous whisper, that Rudy's expressions haven't even been mentioned. But did anyone notice how stressed that poor man is? He had a collection of the strangest expressions during the debate. They were really weird.

I noticed!!

We think his chip malfunctioned lol but my husband and I were laughing so hard with those faces and his eyes rolled around too.. it was very wierd but too funny.

Yeah I saw that!

Ron Paul is going to waste the competition like federal money

Ron Paul is going to waste the competition like federal money

Jimmy Kimmel did a bit on that! ;-)

Someone might find a clip?

Although I'm glad he's gone, it's a little terrifying to see the power of the media machine in action. The media singlehandedly and unilaterally elevated Rudy's campaign to 'frontrunner' status some months ago and then, when they realized his message of 9/11 was not resonating as they had hoped, or perhaps when they discovered some fatal flaw in his electability they turned against him. At first I didn't even really notice that Rudy wasn't being mentioned as much anymore and suddenly he was being ridiculed by the media that used to adore him. After they turned on him they inexplicably knighted Mike Huckabee to steal momentum from Paul's campaign and tried to portray Huckabee as 'the real conservative' of the pack. It all makes me shiver to think what's really going on behind the scenes of this war for our minds. They're good. They're damn good.

This poll is interesting

look at how Huckabee goes vertical, the time the media started pushing him, it was right around the day of Paul's second money bomb. I didn't notice it at the time, but looking back the media pushed the alternative just as Paul was becoming a legitimate threat. Crazy.

I noticed that too. Mike Huckabee just came out of nowhere. The sad part is, nobody even asks why or how.

bu mps

Huckajesus's rise started with...

"Jesus was too smart to run for office."

That's all it took for a small part of the Christian base. The rest of us Christians are saying... "Didn't the Bible say not to use the Lord's name in vein?"

It's sad when you can throw His name all over the place to win votes.

He's been riding the wave ever since. But, as his wave dissipates, ours is building. With or w/o the media.

"Jesus was too smart to run

"Jesus was too smart to run for office."

That's what's known as a self-incriminating statement. ;)

"The main thing that I learned about conspiracy theory is that conspiracy theorists actually believe in a conspiracy because that is more comforting. The truth of the world is that it is chaotic..." —Alan Moore

Do you even remember

seeing any talk of this on the forums at the time, sometimes its easy to just get caught up in it at the time, although now its clear as day.

Wasn't much of a forum-goer

Wasn't much of a forum-goer at the time, but I talked about it with my paulite friend. We immediately saw the Huckabee ploy for what it was and sure enough, a few months later I hear Mike Huckabee talking about getting rid of the IRS. I watched the first few debates where they let Ron talk a lot before they saw him as a legitimate threat and Huckabee didn't say a damn thing about the IRS. In fact, he didn't say anything remotely memorable at all. The people of America are just too apathetic and too used to being pandered to.

Do you think Evangelicals

Do you think Evangelicals will give Ron Paul a second or first look after the Huckster finally drops out?

There are already good Christians with Ron Paul and more will come if we keep talking.

I really hope you're right,

I really hope you're right, it sure would make sense

most lack common sense.

most lack common sense.

Oh he's not gone

No matter what he does in Florida, he's got enough money to continue until super Tuesday, and you can bet he will. If he does nothing on super Tuesday, then he might not have much of a choice.

But the bad side of this is, if WE do nothing on super Tuesday, then it's probably over for us too, and so long revolution.

So long Revolution?

I hope you're not serious, this thing continues regardless of what happens on in this election.

RIP The Ghoul
