As expected the Obama Administration seeks to further a military push, now blackmailing the Russians to agree to an aggressive U.N. approved recourse against Syria if they falter on the newly arranged deal.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is what large groups of power do to smaller non-threatening bodies, they threaten them, then go to great lengths to discredit them, eventually pigeonholing them into submission as the vultures will be the ones to reap the gain.
Not only is the Obama Administration currently on a strong-arming mission with Syria getting them to enter in a one-sided contract with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), it has tipped the scale in efforts to “blackmail” the Russians. The world is now waking up to these union style tactics implored to start all major conflicts, and some including the Russians are not happy about it.
CNN.com reported, “In a Sunday interview on Russian television, Lavrov said Washington was threatening to sink the deal unless the resolution was drawn up under Chapter VII of the U.N. charter, which would authorize the use of force against Syria if it doesn’t comply. As Syria’s leading ally, Russia has opposed threats of military action.
