Tonight! Ron Paul on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno

Jay Leno said last night that he will be having Ron Paul as a guest this Thursday night ..... Where are all the California Paulites to go and show him support.

Come-on make it happen. Lets pack the audience again and show Jay how much we appreciate Dr Paul and that we support him even if he is not running for President.

After all we support the good doctor's ideology, regardless of political affiliations.

I wish I lived close...

Did anyone catch his reaction

Did anyone catch his reaction when asked about Cruz?

I took note

I took note

classic Ron Paul

Wise, straightforward, and principled. So glad Jay keeps asking Ron to come.

Love won! Deliverance from Tyranny is on the way! Col. 2:13-15

Vintage Ron Paul

So quick (I wish my mind was as sharp), so righteous, so honest ("No", in response to "Was FDR a good prez?"), so likable, so...Ron.

Right up there with the best of his Leno appearances. Instant classic.

Leno is such a fake imo. Maybe when he loses half he owns and/or more due to wealth redistribution down the road he might wake up. I would like to see his sense of humor then. ;)

Jay is one of the most fair

Jay is one of the most fair talk show hosts. He's shown more respect for Ron than any of them. His questions were fair and I thought it gave Ron a great chance to get people to learn more about his ideology without some shill yapping in the background trying to make him look bad. I liked the debate about seat belts...it was fair and honest. I thought it was a good interview.

I love his Jay Leno's Garage

I love his Jay Leno's Garage show on youtube as well. The guy is a genuine car lover and its cool he is sharing his passion.

We all share this eternally evolving present moment- The past and future only exist as inconsequential mental fabrications.

Jay had Ron sign his copy!!! Oh yea!!!

I am Ron Paul

Ron Paul has a great mind

Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.

I tend to think when Ron and Rand are together they discuss principles rather than political strategy.
Rand is blessed to have a father with 40 years in politics who doesn't try to dictate how to do it.

Ron Paul - Tonight Show with Jay Leno 9/26/13 by RonPaulFriends

** Hey y'all: there's one CONSTANT I realize about myself, whenever I see Doc on TV: I ALWAYS, INITIALLY think it's much worse than it is.

I've noticed it, ever since 2007 when, like some naggy grandma waiting on her favorite grandson to win the Spelling Bee, I'd weigh and nit pick every single word: because I wanted him to do well.

He's 78. He is who he is. He still is, will always be the single person most responsible for kickstarting the American Revolution 2.0, who inspired MILLIONS worldwide to seek their own individual path to personal sovereignty.

Can't say he could've done any better; if you're of the mind that he stammered through a couple of segments? Well, frankly that's not any worse or better than before; it's a sign of consistency of his mental acuity: even in his later years, he still peppy as ever.D

Plus, he always has those memorable zingers: guns in Texas, anyone? LOL.

Also, I've long thought whenever he'd say that he never really discusses the ins and outs of what Rand would do, my initial thought was: BS! Oh you lovable elderly rascal you...

Then, watching him over the years, I actually get the sense that he might actually mean exactly that: he really doesn't talk to Rand about the specifics of Rand's 2016 plans.

Obviously they DO talk politics. But, the best example I can think of? Imagine you have someone whom you wouldn't want getting kidnapped and be put in a position to be tortured to reveal secrets?

Well, the best way to prevent that from ever happening? Don't tell that person what you don't want your enemies to ever know.

LOL. Yah. I know, right?

Call me naive, but I actually think it's a matter of a byproduct of Doc's speech discipline: people have always underestimated him; along with the WAY he talks. One thing I've noticed: Dr. Ronald Ernest Paul, rarely if EVER, "backtracks" on his comments (aside from that one time in 90's, but that was more of a clarification).

Think by now, at this stage of my favorite Septuagenarian public figure's course of lifecycle, the Gray Champ's probably made peace with the way he is, and figured if he's honest, no matter what he says, he could live with it.

I 'get' that it's hard for most to believe. But seeing as how he's had to sit in on more than one classified Congressional briefings, I'm actually of the mind that he selectively discusses and picks and chooses the specifics of WHAT topic he's open to talking to Rand about.

Of course, I'm biased and could be wrong, that said, I've rarely been wrong about reading people; so insofar as the specifics of Rand2016, I get the sense that if anything like most sons with fathers from Ron's generation, they'll have much more open relationship with their mothers: Carol probably does in fact knows more about the specifics of Rand's 2016 plans.

Welps, that's my take, make of it what ya will .D

Predictions in due Time...

"Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it's realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy." - Dr. Ronald Ernest Paul

right on!

And I bet Ms. Carol might say a thing or two to Ron about her discussions with Rand. Great analysis.

Im just happy that Ron gets to be Ron now. He didn't look like he was having much fun as a congressman. He seems much more relaxed and happier.

Good for him. If anyone deserves it, its Ron.

'Peace is a powerful message.' Ron Paul

indeed: "Ron gets to be Ron now."

but I don't think Ron can ever stop being 'Ron!'

nothin' can stop the Gray Champ! Well...so okay, except AP & blackbox voting machines & GOP/RINO con artists! LOL! ...er.. .o/

Thanks for the VID AnCap

And your comment as well.

welcome; moi QWERTY to inform and oft entertain, and perhaps in rarest of rare moments: inspire, if at all possible, ever so humbly, and gentle nudge-nudge...

"Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it's realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy." - Dr. Ronald Ernest Paul

LOL, in the words of Ernest Hancock.

the people are

Risin' up, RISIN' UP ...

When I get frustrated about everything today, I just think about how 'aware' I thought I was 8 years ago. Make that 13 years ago when I was telling my closest friends to buy PM's.

What I didn't know then, was things were much worse than I imagined. What I know now, is people are starting to wake up.

I expressed my distaste to Ernest as a caller to one of his radio shows as to how stupid people are.

He set me straight by saying my attitude was 'selfish' for wanting other people to think like me.

Took me awhile to figure that out. But I think DP has gone through a lot, but is Risin' up.

Thank you all.

I found the full clip

Anyone (and you know who you are) who diminishes in any way

Ron Paul's direct impact on the resurgence of Liberty in America -- Is simply moping and doping around in their own little pity party.

"We must remember, elections are short-term efforts.
Revolutions are long-term projects."
"If you're in a campaign for only gaining power, that is one thing.
If your in a campaign to influence ideas and the future of the country, the campaign is never over."
"I don't mind playing a key role in the revolution, but it has to be more than a Ron Paul revolution. This whole effort was much bigger than one individual."

--Ron Paul

I think Leno shows himself to be a mind numbed statist. I don't have Cable and wouldn't know what he was doing were it not for him having Dr. Paul on.

Thanks for posting.

Ron Paul is quality programming!

The Red Hot Chili Peppers were right.

kind people rock

So was John Prine

There could be funny skits or a show about individuals coming out of the FCC broadcast matrix and dealing with zombie America.

Love that man! He is my hero,

Love that man! He is my hero, and I don't care what anyone says about his non-polished presence...I think he has wholesome charisma that attracts people in special way.

Don't have the full thing, but have 2 good clips in a playlist here: http://iroots.org/2013/09/27/jay-leno-challenges-ron-paul-on...

Dr. Paul turned the question around really well with 'authoritarianism' on the gun questions.

I think combative questions make Ron Paul way more interesting for the viewer...doesn't bother me.
