News from Tampa Bay
I have been walking my precinct every day here in the Tampa Bay area. My precinct is full of old republican retirees. I have found many 70 to 90 year old Ron Paul fans spreading the good Doctor’s word. In my neighborhood it seems that Romney, McCain, Juiliani, and Paul are all tied. I only met one person who supported Huckabee. I believe that I have converted a few voters and also convinced some undecided voters to possibly vote for Ron Paul.
(I am a 52 year old woman and can connect with the little old ladies.)
By the way, Ron Paul signs are everywhere, but Ron Paul is seldom mentioned in the local papers, radio, or TV.

That's awesome is a great idea. I'll download it tomorrow at work and use our copier to make the copiers and I have a paper cutter at work too so I'll be able to have a couple of those per page actually I think we got color paper too like green and an orange/yellowish color I'll have to decide which or just use the white paper.
The only downfall though is I can't guarantee they'll get into the hands of registered Republicans but it'll still be good to get name recognition out and prepare and educate the people for when he appears on the General Elections ballot.
Shhhhhhhhh don't tell my manager her and the owners are going out of town tomorrow. Lol
I still wished I had the small or medium shirts for the 2 puppies...that'll be okay though.

Seniors Too Conservative?
Think they'll want someone who will not rock the government boat, e.g.:

We've been VERY busy holding daily sign waving events at high traffic locations, lots of canvassing, local TV ads (self-funded), billboards everywhere, and many of our precincts covered. Amazing positive responses from people all over.

Paul doesn't need to win Florida
Look, the only thing Paul needs to do in Florida is not come in last place. I think the only thing holding him back is the stigma of him being such a long shot. If he can knock off Dinglebee or Rudy, then people have to take him serious. The delegates are not important at the moment, there are still tons left for him to get.
Keep up the great work Florida...

I didnt even do it. Somebody covered Delray Beach (south florida) with Ron Paul signs. It was an awesome sight driving down federal hwy this morning. Every Romney sign had a RP sign next to it.
Drove around for about an hour, 10 miles or so
RP Signs: About 200
Romney: About 50
Huckabee: One.
In a great mood. Wish this wasnt a winner takes all state, RP might have a hell of a showing.
NE Florida Report
I was working for a short time today at the North East Florida Regional Campaign Office in Jacksonville. I helped put together over 600 signs. They have thousands going out over the weekend. There were many people there putting together lit. packs with slimjims and bumper stickers; the canvasing crews have been going door-to-door with these. Phone calls are being made and they are on the ball! There was also a nice size ad in our local paper on Friday. It was on page 4 of the St. Augustine Record. Oh, and on the way to the campaign office I saw a lot of Ron Paul signs up. Just 2 Romney, 1 McCain, and 1 Rudy.
CORRECTION: We're the Sunshine State!!!
and as I drove to work this morning about 6:30 am their were only Ron Paul signs up and down US HWY 19 in Pasco County. On my way home I noticed several Rudy signs were now around and only a couple Romney signs. As I continued home I noticed a bunch of Ron Paul sign wavers at the entrance to the Gulfview Square Mall which is also on US HWY 19.
I called my youngest brother and asked him to come with me to the Gulfview Square Mall tomorrow, I have a bunch of slim jims to hand out and I also decided I'm gonna bring my 2 6 month old puppies, American Bulldogs (brother and sister) Their gonna be my attention go getters. I only wish I had medium Ron Paul shirts for them to wear.

Actually that is brilliant. Heard Ron Paul speak in Baton Rouge last week. I ordered shirts, but they weren't in time. I noticed many people in the crowds went to craft stores and made their own shirts with the iron on letters. Even the babies and toddlers had Ron Paul shirts. In Lake Charles and Lafayette we were ordered to take down signs that were within 20 feet of an intersection or public road,or on Public property. We will be fined $25 a sign/day. So in Louisiana we are spending the day removing signs. So if you put them up wear gloves, no fingerprints

Just got done putting up 50+ signs in high traffic areas. Only signs out other than ours are some romney and a handful of huckabee signs. I have only seen one political ad on TV and that was for ghouliani. i have heard from friends that there are alot of radio ads on as well. As far as bumper stickers or people wearing any other candidates shirts I havnt seen any except a single romney bumper sticker and a handful of ron paul stickers.
Today while we were out my friend and I got pretty good responses from people in the form of honks and waves and one middle aged woman leaning out her window to tell us to put them in good places.
All we can do now is wait and hope.

....a group of elderly (seen on CNN "ballot bowl" @ 3PM--ET) in Sun City heard MacInsane open his speech with something about "great to be here in Sun City, SOUTH CAROLINA." (Of course the question is....did they NOTICE??)
